    Home Inspection

    Brent understands service, prompt reply to emails, clear in his objective with excellent follow thru. He explained any issues and was patient with any questions. Thanks Brent! You have my recommendation.

    Full home inspection

    Brent went above and beyond the call of duty. He was extremely thorough and explained everything step by step. Thanks to Brent we were able to recognize some potential serious problems with our new purchase. To top things off he is friendly, professional and quick to respond to any inquiries after the fact. Brent my wife and I are very appreciative of your help!

You have somewhat of an interesting case here; I don't think it's an "awful" situation necessarily, but definitely an interesting one. I find it amusing how your realtor told you "don't bother with a home inspection" Well, I certainly don't want to do a sales job on people, but really, with the cost of a home, I think it should be up to the people buying the home who should make that call. I mean really, when you tell your realtor about the interesting situation with your basement what will they say? A home inspector would have picked up on that the second they went down there. Would I say you bought a lemon? Hardly, it's a beautiful home, but I think there was unfinished business to be taken care of before the home was sold to you. A bit of unnecessary aggravation.     Home Inspection

    My fiancee and I purchased a home recently and had it inspected by Brent Jeffreys. We highly recommend Brent and Classic Home Inspections Inc to get the job done. Brent was courteous, professional, meticulous, informative and undoubtedly friendly. He included us in the entire process-he truly knows his job and does it well. The builder can be blamed for a lot of things but I would highly doubt they did that laundry room the was it was. Otherwise, a real gem of a home! Hopefully all went well in the transaction.     Home inspection

    Brent did my house back in April and now we moved in and settled down, now I have time to type :-) Brent was extremely professional and he went through so much details of the house and we ended up spent more than half a day together. BTW, I got some discount from seller due to the issues Brent pointed out with convincing evidence - thanks Brent! ... I replaced the old furnace (Lennox Pulse with a rusty burner and weak blower ...). I will start some "tweaks" according to his advices. It is on my todo list. I wish him great success on his business so more people will benefit from his top rated servie.

    Full Home Inspection

    Brent was very thorough in the inspection, found things and explained things I never would have known. Brent walked through the whole process with me, checked the roof, explained things that would be a safety issued, how soon things needed to be fixed etc. I would recommend Brent to all my friends in a heart beat. And I would use Brent again.

    Home inspection

    This was our very first home inspection and Brent was extremely professional, thorough and informative. The home was inspected from top to bottom and Brent offered extensive insight and helpful tips on how to maintain our future home. I learned a great deal and would not hesitate to recommend Classic Home Inspections Inc. to my family and friends.

    Home Inspection on two properties

    After reading so many positive reviews for Classic Home Inspections Inc. on HomeStars, my Wife and I decided to hire Brent for the home inspection of a property we had put a conditional offer on. Brent was able to come at a time convenient to us, and he was very thorough and friendly. His knowledge base was excellent and he was able to give further information when we had questions on future repairs or any concerns with the home. Fortunately (but sadly), Brent discovered vermiculite in the attic of the property we had an offer on, and to avoid any possible negative health effects for our family, and/or an expensive removal project, we decided not to buy the home. Shortly after, we contacted Brent a second time for a home inspection on a new property we had found. Again, Brent was very accommodating and offered a generous incentive for repeat customers. This time, the inspection ended on a happier note and only minor issues were found with the home. Thank you Brent for helping us find the right home for us, a safe home we can raise our daughter in. We would recommend Brent and Classic Home Inspections Inc. to anyone who is looking for an experienced home inspector who is easy to talk to, honest, affordable, and provides a detailed report upon completion (with many photos).     Thank you so much for the kind words and review TD! You know, I liked the first home, but that second one (the one you bought), was an absolute Scarborough GEM! I thought that was a great home! Super nice home, super nice street, for a super nice family !!! You know, when I do a home inspection, I don't always have good news to tell. However, I have to tell you about the issues at hand and leave them with you to think about. Is vermiculite the worst thing in a home? Nope, not even close, but it can be a concern if asbestos is present with it. Then I would tell people they may want to consider to have it removed. In your case, it led you to a great home!     Home Inspcetion

    Brent did another inspection for my brother, who was also very satisfied with Brents work. It is nice to deal with someone who knows what there doing, is very pleasant to be around and thourgh in his inspection. I also appreciated solutions given to the small problems at the home that we inspected. Well be in touch. Thanks again from my wife, baby boy and myself

    Home Inspection

    First time buying a home, so we weren't sure where to find a good, trust worthy and reasonable priced inspector. After reading many positive reviews and quoted a very fair price, we decided to hire Brent. We were a little concerned if Brent could live up to our expectations (based on what others said). But we were not to be disappointed. Brent was punctual, thorough and extremely helpful. I guess all home inspector will point out problem areas, but one of the things we really liked about Brent was if there was any small, non-deal-breaker issues, he would be able to recommend how we can fix ourselves and approximate costs. Plus, thanks for showing us how the bidet works :) Highly recommended! Will definitely refer friends and family.

They shouldn't even be home inspectors! However, until this industry becomes more regulated, there will be lots of bad home inspectors out there.
