    Home Inspection

    Brent in an excellent home inspector from Classic Home Inspections. He did the job right. He provided very clear and detailed documentations, feedback, and answered all questions. Brent provided more than 100 photographs of my home including the roof. He also agreed to comeback and revisit the roof to see if the builder has addressed the issues properly there without charge. I was comfortable with him and found him sincere and dedicated to his work. I highly recommend Classic Home Inspections and Brent for you home inspection

    Home Inspection

    After looking for a home for so long, we rushed through the purchase of our home without an inspection. Taking the suggestion from a friend, who also had a positive experience, I called Classic Home Inspections. Brent took the time to talk candidly about various aspects of the house. The report and pics he provided are a great starting point for the renovations to come. He is very easy to talk with and made me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend Classic Home Inspections to anyone who wants my advice!

Certainly, with the market the way it is, it's not always possible. Not a bad idea though with having it inspected just to be sure everything is okay and that there were no major concerns. In your case, there wasn't. (Nothing worse than coming out with bad news with people who bought under the same circumstances.) At least now you know. ...     Home Inspection

    Brent Jeffreys was unbelievably thorough, professional and patient. He looked at every nook and cranny and thoroughly answered our questions and explained all the problems or potential problems. I was completely impressed with his work and would recommend him to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    Brent was very timely, professional, knowledgeable and committed himself to a thorough job of inspecting the home. Knowing we have a family member with severe mould allergies, all concerns were investigated and we felt well assured the home would provide a problem-free environment. Never was the inspection rushed. We felt the service was a very good value. He'll get an invite to our house warming!

    Home Inspection

    When we were still searchiong for our perfect home, I had reviewed Homestars to find a good inspector so that I was ready when we found 'the one'. I chose Brent from all the rave reviews. He answered right away, was easy and friendly to talk to. We made the appointment for the next day and Brent was there before us. He was very knowledgeable, walked with us through the house to explain everything, provided us with over a hundred photos and explanations about ways to prevent future problems & anyhting that would need to be fixed. Luckily we were buying a house is quite good condition so there weren't too many negative situations. Brent definitely lived up to the reviews !! Thanks Brent.

    Home Inspection

    We called Brent at Classic Home Inspections to inspect our conditionally bought property. Brent arrived at the property before we did and was well underway before the scheduled start time. He was very thorough and inpected every inch of the property. He went from roof, to attick, to basement and everything in between. He is very detail oriented and recommended where he thought we needed to make fixes to prevent any damage to the houes. I would and will recommend Brent & Classic Home Inspections to any and everyone. He was amazing, and I just can't stop saying it to everyone I tell about our new house. Thanks Brent for your hard work and attention to detail.

    Home Inspection

    We saw Brent's many positive reviews and decided to take him on for our new home inspection. He came in for our PDI and for our 30 day inspection. He was very thorough and gave us a detailed explanation of his inspection. He was punctual, friendly and responsive to our questions. Brent was able to point things out, which we would have missed on our own. Thank you again for givin us peace of mind !

    Pre Purchase Home Inspection

    Brent was able to come see the house we had a conditional offer on. He made time for us even though we gave very short notice. Brent was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining issues with the house. Sometimes having to explain it two or three times till we understood. We are much more comfortable with the house and the existing issues and felt that after Brent's time with us we had a much better idea of what we were getting into. As well Brent took and made available to us extensive pictures of the issues he found and property in general that we were not expecting.

Not one of those homes that take a complete gut job. Some people mean well when they buy older homes that require full renovations, I mean TOTAL renovations, but lets not kid ourselves, we only have so much enthusiasm then it just becomes aggravation. If not a money pit. To me, this home was perfect for getting it ready. I'm sure you and your family will be quite happy and are very excited about what you will do with the home!     Inspection of our new home

    We had looked at other home inspectors including the big name Inspection companies, but couldn't help thinking that someone with this many great reviews must be doing something right. Brent is everything we expected. He arrived right on time and was thorough in his inspection of our home confirming and pointing out the key issues that should have been addresed by our contractor long ago and unearthing a few extra issues we had not thought of. Anyone who has gone through the process of having a home custom built should definitely consider an inspection by Brent prior to moving in and definitely before final payment. He is curteous, intelligent and very knowledgable on the building code and issues facing home owners. Brent took the time to diligently inspect our house inside and out and from basement to roof (even though it was pouring with rain). He has also been available to answer additional follow up questions as required. Many thanks Brent

I tell people, I'm not leaving until you are completely satisfied and of total understanding about the home. That is my job. Custom built homes are interesting, you would think, with the cost and the fact that it is "custom", that it would be problem free. At least that's what I would think. Not necessarily so. Not even close in some cases. Overall, I don't think yours was that bad, but no question about it, a bit sloppy in some areas. Not what you would expect. On a seperate note, did you not find it a little odd that your homebuilder didn't know very basic information about the home when you asked simple questions? I sure did. Anyways, thank you so much again for the review and thank you for choosing Classic Home Inspections!!! (Hopefully we'll see you "on deck")

    Home Inspection

    I had not bought a house in 20+ years and this is my wife Nicky's first experience so this crucial step was very seriously pondered upon when our real estate agent mentioned she knew of someone and to let her take care of it. As it turns out,this was one of the most pleasant experiences so far in the usually very stressful arena of buying a home. Brent was very thorough,articulate and understanding of our level of knowledge with the entire process and potential issues with the property. His final report was presented with clarity, we were explained each section and were asked if we had any questions or concerns. I would and will recommend Mr.Jeffreys to everyone that wants professional and courteous home inspection services! Thank you. Nicky and Mike P.S.
