Convinced my elderly mom, they had been sent by a family member. Did minimum work would not take a check, and waiting on her patio for my 80 year old mother to go to bank and withdraw $750 to pay them. Will report them to BB bureau. Avoid this company like the plague!

We hired them based on a friend's recommendation. Two men came and they did not look like professional duct cleaners. They cleaned the ducts with a vacuum hose , tried to upsell us with a this high tech addition to the furnace which was unfounded. I will never hire this company again.

Very satisfactory work, usually 2 guys on the job, they ask before going beyond the quote with full explanation of the task. I have no problem using them again if and when I need the ducts cleaned. Follow up is good.

Very Professional and did a fine and thorough job. I recommend them and will use them in the future. Look for their coupons and specials in coupon books especially in the summer time when they have superb deals. I just missed it in September but still paid a decent price for great work..

1./ Scared my wife by saying our furnace motor is overheating and could cause a fire. They even wrote it on the bill quoting $500.00 to replace. FACT: I measured the temperature of the motor and it is within specifications. There is nothing wrong with the motor. This is a scam to sell motors. I am a Certified Engineering Technologist. What are his qualifications? 2./ Did not clean dryer vent properly. 3./ Their cleaning tools are non-existent, i.e. no brushes. They push a round hose into rectangular ducts and the duct side walls and top are hardly touched. 4./ When I opened the furnace door after they left it fell off!!!

Gave these guys a chance. They came to my home and cleaned 10 ducts. They were friendly, efficient, and cheap I'm sure i got my moneys worth recommend them anytime.

Furnace and duct cleaning wasn't done properly. Didn't have the right equipment. Smaller business than expected. Asked to do chimney- said they didn't have equipment.
