    Horrible customer service

    I cancelled the service months ago yet they keep billing me and every time I call customer service i am put on hold for over 20 min at a time. When i told the service rep at how horrible my experience has been they said they weren't surprised.

    Very happy

    I recently bought a into a new house Bowmanville and received visit from the Welcome Wagon. In their package was a brochure from Guardian Security, the local Counterforce dealer. They came for a free consultation and gave us a great offer. They installed the system within 2 days of their visit. The installation was quick, professionally done, clean and we now feel very secure. We tested the system, and received a very quick response from the monitoring center. I highly recommend them.

    Great Company, fast service

    I've been a customer of Counterforce for several years now, and have never had any problems or complaints. I deal with their dealer, Guardian Security, and I'm so happy with the service they provide. I recently cancelled my home phone line and when I did, my alarm stopped working. I called Counterforce, and within hours, Guardian Security showed up and upgraded my system to run through my internet. As I read the other reviews, I was surprised by the negative comments, but I think that may have to do with with each dealer people deal with. Personally, I've dealt with several different alarm companies over the years, and none have come close to the service and value that I've gotten with Counterforce.

    Alram Monitoring

    Absolutely the worst company I've dealt with. I had an issue with my alarm system. Called Counterforce. They did nothing. Two months later called again, They said they would send some one out. After a week, I was contacted by a their local repair person. After a week, the repair person made it out to inspect. Needed a battery. Came back a couple of days later with a battery, but it too was dead. Never came back after that. I called Counterforce to cancel as I've not had a working alarm for months now. After 48 minutes on hold, I spoke to a guy with a "couldn't care less" attitude who told me I needed to give 3 months notice to cancel. So, I'm still paying for alarm monitoring of a non-working alarm.

    Counterforce Security

    We signed up with Counterforce a few years ago. We have not had issue with Counterforce itself but only with Logan Alarm that repairs. Appointments are late or forgotten. The run around you get when you try to make an appointment and then they come up with flimsy excuses as to why the techs are not there. They never answer the phone you always have to leave a message and then it is a couple of hours before you hear back from anyone. Terrible customer service. I complained to Counterforce and they did nothing and did not seem to care.

    Security Alarm Monitoring

    I've been with Counterforce for over 4 years and received exceptional service from them. Whenever I have tripped the alarm I received quick service from the monitoring station.... Thank you Counterforce

    house system

    Counterforce just saved our basement. We have a water sensor go off and was contacted by Counterforce right away. Was able to have a friend go over and shut the water off before any major damage. Counterforce saved the newly renovated basement. Nothing a mop couldn't fix at the end of the day. THANK YOU COUNTERFORCE!!!!

    Alarm Monitoring

    WOW, these guys are serious jokers. After cashing cheques from my company and acknowledging a payment on my invoice with 'PAYMENT RECEIVED' I get this nasty message at the bottom of the same invoice stating... It seldom becomes necessary for us to turn an account over to a collection agency. When circumstances leave us no alternative, we consider it only fair to tell the customer exactly what we intend to do. Because we have not received a response to our previous two overdue notices, we will be forced to suspend monitoring services and turn your account to a collection agency. Please forward your payment within FIFTEEN DAYS and we can avoid suspension and collection efforts. ARE THESE GUYS SERIOUS??? I have used them for alarm monitoring for 5 years now and have always sent my annual post dated cheques to them. Now I am getting Collection phone calls and notices like this, even after acknowledging a payment??? ***LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR MONITORING SERVICES***

    Counterforce Alarms

    The WORST Service EVER.Do NOT sign up with this Company.We were tricked by Paul into signing a 2-year Contract.We moved,and will now be paying for an additional year.Calls are NOT returned.The one time the Alarm was set off,no call.Nothing.We have used 3 different Alarm Companies in the past 10-years.This one is by far the WORST EVER.Don't WASTE your money.And "thanks" for NOT returning my calls Paul.NEVER again!

    Security Alarm System

    Cheap rates...horrible HORRIBLE service. You're better off paying a bit more money for someone who is more reliable, especially for alarms. For a company who offers customer service, if you call their main office you will often be ignored or disrespected on the other end of the line.
