Do not deal with this company! We were their customers for 5 years only to find out one day after our business had a break in, that we actually were not connected to their system, as there was no phone call to either our phones or police. The way they handled this situation is even worse, they simply preferred not to answer our phone calls and emails. God forbid you fro using this service!

Had a bad experience with this company. They have the worst customer service, i dont recommend this company to anyone. For the past 9 months, i have sold my house and still get bills from this company, which i already had cancelled my account with them. GOOD LUCK.

Worst service imaginable. Tricked my wife into signing a 3 year contract after I had told them at the door once before we're not interested. Then they randomly whenever they want take out random amounts of money. When I signed up I was told it would be $24 a month, then was charged $34. Also with other $5 fees taken out of my bank account here and there. Was told I would have to pay over $2000 to cancel the contract. On top of that the salesman never came back to drop off some of the equipment included in our contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

the company had input the wrong contact information, and when i asked them to change it, instead they completely messed up my account and were very uncooperative in getting it rectified. I stopped my service with them and went with a better company.

Using this company was a complete disaster and they were horrible to deal with. 1. The alarm system was not initially installed properly. It gave many false alarms, for whcih we were charged, even though it was an installaation problem. 2. A few years after the installation, we found out that some of the sensors were not connected at all. This included the spoke detectors which were apparently not being monitored, even though that is what the contract said. 3. 5 years into using them (well after the expiration of the contract), the alarm system went off but the monitoring center did not call. This happened a couple times and we realized that CounterForce had stoopped monitoring our system - even though we had paid (in advance) for that monitoring. I spoke to someone else who had used them and heard the same thing happened to them. 4. Before the expiration of the montoring that we had paid for, but not received, we had another company come in and check the sytem. Except for the sensors that were not actually connected, it seemed to be working. We had the new company put in their system instead. Although we were still paying for monitoring, Counterforce did not notice that the system they were monitoring was gone. 5. Counterforce then sent us a bill for another year of monitoring. When we told them that they had not provided the service for which we had paid in the previous year and so were disconnecting the service, they continued to try to bill us for upcoming year to monitor a system that did not exist. When we refused to pay, they reported the bill to a collection agency - to collect payment for services they never intended to provide. We were forced to take legal action.

This company offers professional alarm installation service and is also provides alarm and fire monitoring on a dailly basis. They were prompt, precise, and offered a variety of different alarm solution that met my diverse needs. I am please with the speediness of the alarm installation, and overall customer service.

Counterforce provides installation and monitoring for residential security alarm system. Been with them for several years and don't have any complaints. They are quick to call whenever the alarm is tirggered even by mistake.

I contracted Counterforce to provide home security montoring for my house because they are able to provide me with the same level of montoring services at a lower monthly fee when compared to the company that I have used for the past 5 years.

Even without supplying you any equipment, this company will smartly bind you in 5 years contract. Horrible service. My phone system was disconnected for 7 days and this company never came to know of the fact even though they had my alternate telephone numbers. When I cancelled the contract citing this incident as a reason they sent me a cancellation charge of $900+ for remaining term of the contract. They even threatened me to send the case to collection agency. Instead of using this company I will strongly recommend it is better to remain unmonitored at least you will save some money.

William offered three great products. Alarm, Central Vac and Garage Door opener. We were very pleased with the pricing. Price for the alarm is $25/mth. Service was excellent. Installation was done quicky and professionally. Quick service calls. Highly recommended.
