Our Furnace was either coming on for a brief time or not at all. We were not getting the heat we needed. This is the second time we have called Cozy World for service. Fred arrived when he said he would. He quickly determined what was causing the problem and made a recommendation. We followed his advice and our heating problems are a thing of the past. Why do I recommend Cozy World? Fred arrived when he said he would. He only did the necessary work. He did not try to up sell some expensive repair. He simply did the right thing, what was needed. Consequently, when I do need to replace our furnace or air conditioner, Cozy World gets the call.

Fred at majestic is fantastic. The customer service is great you can always get a hold of him. The installation was fast, punctual and very clean. The product is excellent. I recommend Majestice Indoor Air.

Fred was amazing! He calls you back promptly if he misses your call, and he was able to fit me in the next day afternoon. Diagnosed why my heater wasn't running quickly, and was able to get the part same day to repair it. Excellent service! Will look for him again if there's any problem! Honest guy!

Fred at Majestic Indoor air completed installation of humidifier in my new house very efficenly and professionally. He knew exactly what was needed to complete installation. I was explained operation of humidifier and maintenance care to be taken care after. I will certainly recommend for his services.

We had an issue with the humidity levels in our Oakville home (approx 2,000 sq ft). I read the reviews on Home Stars and decided to call Frank. I am glad i did! He was courteous, professional and very thorough. I was able to book an appointment same week and he did an excellent job. What i especially appreciated was that he and also took the time to inspect our furnace and AC unit to ensure that all working correctly.

we wanted to get a very good filtration for our furnace because we have lots of dust in our house . Fred recommended us the mechanical filter and told us something we didnt know about electronic air cleaner (the fact that they make o3 ) and to be honest everyone wanted us to put an electronic air cleaner its been 3 months now and we see very little dust in our house now ..

Cozy World installed a Goodman furnace and A/C unit in 2010. My experience was similar to all the other 10s: Boris made a good assessment of my needs and offered a competitive quote. Fred and his partner came promptly at 8am and had it installed in 9 hours. The furnace ran well for two years until it recently died overnight. I called Boris the next morning and Fred arrived by noon to check it out. For nearly 2 hours, Fred pulled apart the furnace to trace the problem and he discovered it was not the furnace at all, but my gas meter which failed. I had to call the gas company to swap out a new meter instead. I feel bad that I called upon Fred for what became a non-furnace issue, but I was impressed with Fred’s diligence and dedication to help me troubleshoot. In short, Cozy World’s installation work and after-sales service gets top marks.

when our air conditioner broke down we called majestic indoor air and other companies to see what the problem was unlike other companies ..majestic indoor air told us over the phone the S/C money will be refunded in case of buying a new unit from them sure enough the compressor was toast ..we ended up buying a new unit from majestic indoor air .. we got our S/C money back too ..

This was our second time using Majestic Indoor Air. Excellent service and perfect workmanship. Our A C unit was refilled and worked great following the service. This service Fred perfectly installed a new humidifier. Workmanship was experienced and first rate. We feel great knowing that if we have any issues with our complete heating and air conditioning requirements Majestic will take good care of any situation.
