I called fred for the second time because my furnace broke down he came down to check my furnace right away and he found the problem like he knows the furnace inside out . which was the ignitor he had the spare part in his truck .. he fixed it for a reasonable charge ... I am very happy with majestic indoor air and their service I highly recommend Fred thanks again

Fred provided a very competitive quote to route a gas line around the outside of the house, feeding several gas fireplaces. He and his partner were prompt, tidy, friendly and polite, and very hard-working and efficient. Fred identified several previously unknown issues like poor caulking around exhaust vents and other gaps that were letting mice in, and fixed them. I would call Majestic again.

I would like to extend my thanks and appreciation to Boris and his entire team for the great work on my father-in-laws house. It was very obvious that these guys know what they are doing. We needed a new furnace ASAP and they went out of his way to provide us. He knew exactly what we needed, gave us a quote within our price range and the work was done right away. I saw Fred driving his van and asked him to price me on swapping out my hot water tank that I was renting. He quoted me on the replacement and scheduled to attend and do the work. He was on time and very efficient . He also repaired a problem with my furnace motor under warranty and had the parts on his truck and never charged me a penny more than he quoted me for the job. He offered to drop my rental tank off which saved me $75.00 as the company who I have rented from charge to pickup there own tank. He also emailed me the receipt of drop off and suggested I watch my invoice carefully to make sure they stop charging me . Majestic is the best honest furnace repair company I ever worked with. From now one I will always use Fred for anything to do with heating and air. Great job great company and your helper is also a great guy.

Team of installers arrived on time, did the work professionally, fast and with care. Nice guys even invited me for a lunch... Hope everything they bult will work fine for many years. Thank you.

Fred helped me earlier in the year with a problem with my furnace, and I had him return for an inspection. At all times he was professional, congenial and punctual. I would recommend him without reservation.

Boris was very helpful in determining which furnace to install and how to install it, and the work was done quickly and exactly as quoted. This revew site, however is very hard to navigate, and is not allowing to enter any other city other than Vaughan, Mississauga or Markham.

I looked around at a lot of bigger name furnace retailers and none of them had the kind of customer service, good prices, and speed of installation that Boris offered at Cozy World. So glad we chose to go with these guys. Boris has also helped connect us to other trustworthy service providers for our other home reno needs. We are very grateful.

Fred was a pleasure to work with in our reno home project. He knew exactly how to make our vision work, was on time, was courteous of our living space and worked efficiently to get the work done in one visit. Rates were very reasonable and we would definitely call on him again.
