Fred at Majestic Indoor Air had scheduled an appointment to install a Honeywell Humidifier. He arrived promptly as scheduled, did an amazing job with the installation and cleaned up any mess there may had been. He patiently and thoroughly explained how to properly use the system he installed. Fred was ever so helpful, while he was here he even gave me some tips on maintaining my furnace and recommended that I get my ducts cleaned as there was a large buildup of dust which he removed for me. After receiving many quotations (5) and doing much research, I decided to choose Cozy World to provide me with, and install my new Goodman GMH95 - 95% efficiency furnace. Boris Sherman stood out amongst the many salesmen I spoke with, as being by far the most honest and informative person. Not the typical salesman type at all, but more of a down to earth and truly helpful human being. The Goodman furnace itself had many favourable features, 70,000 BTU, 95% efficiency, 2-stage heat and to top it off a most incredible Manufacturers Warranty: *Life time heat exchanger *10 years entire furnace if heat exchanger fails *10 years extended parts & labour A most excellent deal ! Fred the installer and his associate arrived as scheduled, were extremely friendly, polite and very professional. They removed the old furnace and humidifier from a very cramped and tight space without any complaint at all, and installed the beautiful new Goodman furnace. My home was left tidy and clean; removed all of the garbage/old furnace and such. You would have never known that anything was being worked on at all. I love my new furnace, it's so nice and quiet and heats the house so evenly. I plan on having Boris and his team from Cozy World install a new central air conditioning unit for me before next summer. I will definitely come back in a years time to let everyone know how the furnace is keeping up. Thank you Boris and Fred......great job! E. B. I think I had made a really good choice.

We are very pleased with the performance of the new furnace(Goodman GMVC950709 95% efficiency) and air conditioner(Goodman SSX140241 2 tonne 15 SEER Tier 2) installed by Cozy World.. It’s very quiet with uniform consistent temperature maintenance. Due to the original design of our heating system , this was not an easy installation. KAM and his team were very polite , courteous and professional. They worked 12 hours to complete the installation and to check operational performance to our satisfaction. KAM took the time to explain the system and its operation and maintenance. I’ve learned a great deal indeed and am quite confident about steps to take to ensure optimum performance. I have been in sales to the Food Industry for more than 40 year and sincerely appreciate quality , service and prompt reply. This is what sets Cozy World apart from the competition. It's excellent top rated reviews are well earned and definately justified. The actual installation is so critically important and this exceeded my highest expectations. I would highly recommend Cozy World to anyone who requires a new Furnace (and an Air Conditioner). I called Fred at Majestic after obtaining several quotes for a furnace issue. Fred answered my call promptly and was able to provide a very competitive quote for my issue. He was able to come out and fix the issue in a matter of hours. He kept me constantly updated with his ETA and suggested some preventative measures to keep the furnace in good working order. He was prompt and thorough; I will highly recommend his services to anyone. I already have him looking at a couple investment properties to have some routine maintenance done. A++!

Boris and his team were absolutely wonderful. We had problems with where to vent out our furnace and Boris was the only company that wanted to send out a technician before the job to sort out the problem. Boris was always available to answer my multitude of questions. I would definitely use Cozy World again. Very punctual, tidy and above all honest.

Kam & Fred were friendly and helpful! The job looks good. And they even helped me move my 225-pound elliptical into the second floor! Now that's service! [Thanks, Kam/Fred. Hope I didn't break any backs.] We noticed they broke a valve handle when installing the gas stuff, so when we contacted Boris, he agreed to send someone fix it when they're in the area. This is what I call great business ethics! Would definitely recommend him to friends & family! Thanks, Boris. Edit: They came out today and fixed the valve! Thanks, Kam. Almost all contractors & tradespeople would have either brushed the valve handle partial breakage as being too minor or would have denied it. Heck, we didn't even ask them to fix it! We just asked if it was safe for us to do it ourselves. This is A+ service. Thanks, Cozy World. I will definitely be recommending you guys to others if this is the business ethics you work on.

Bought a gas bbq thinking it was propane. i heard gas is better thatn propane. Did not want to bring it back to the store so I called Majestic and they came and put in a line for us. Fred was very helpful and very professional and very pleasant.,i will recommend Majestic(Fred) to everyone I know.

I thoroughly enjoyed the service. I was given a quick reply, and my AC was fixed really quick. The price was reasonable, perhaps because I was baking in the heat without my AC. Regardless, they were in and out. Super helpful, and my AC's never worked better!

Fred is very professional and friendly. I received a callback from him within 2 hours and he agreed to come over at 5:30pm the same day. He quickly discovered what the issue was and my AC was fixed within minutes. He did a courtesy check of the furnace before leaving and gave me some tips on keeping the filters clean and replacing them on time. I would highly recommend Fred.

I found CozyWorld on HomeStars and based on other users reviews I decided to give them a try. My A/C stopped working and with another heat wave hitting GTA I needed to get it working again. I contacted the company and Boris was very quick in responding. He had one of his team members contact me to arrange an appointment. Fred who came out to service the A/C was professional, knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly. He replaced the broken part and the unit was working within minutes.
