This is the 5th time in 3 years we have dealt with Fred. Fred is a concientous and customer caring person, he is prompt and reliable always punctual and an expert in his field. The repair was done successfully and in a short time frame, and again we are very satisfied with Fred's excellent customer service. We need more Technicians like Fred. Giood show Fred and your great service is always appreciated in our home, and I will recommend you as always, to other friends of mine. Thank you again. Tom

I had my Furnace and AC installed in 2010. Service was excellent. Everything was good. In 2012 my AC was not starting up during the extreme heat spell. I called Boris several times, he answered all my calls, but since it was a very busy time a technician was not able to come over for about 3-4 days-- I understand as it was a very busy time. There was a small component, near the power supply, that needed to be replaced. This was replaced in 5 minutes and my AC seems to be fine since. I am considering using the services of Boris for another install, this summer.

This is the second furnace I've had (different home) installed by Cozy World and the first air conditioner. My experience a few years ago is the same as this time around - they're professional, prices are great/fair, Boris is very knowledgeable and responsive by email, both crews were easy to talk to and professional. We didn't even bother getting multiple quotes this time around because I was so happy with them before. 3 years later, it's nice to see they're still consistently great.

Boris and his crew are extremely good in their field. Boris, a true gentleman/ business man, arrived on time; reviewed the requirement and made his recommendations together with a firm quoted price. He talked me into acquiring a smaller unit when other companies were trying to sell larger more expensive units. The installation was made in May 2012 and I have waited until we received this extreme 36 degree July weather to properly assess the Goodman A/C - which I give an A++

Another great job by Cozy World. Boris arranged one of his staff to contact me after initial email contact, and the whole job was arranged and completed in less than a week. The job was neat, professional, tidy, and the work was completed within the initial phone estimate price which involved about 20' of black pipe to be run. Highly recommended.

In the 30 years we have owned this home we have never had air conditioning. We were referred to Boris through a neighbour of a family member. My husband was skeptic at first but all that fell through when we met Boris. Everything you read is absolutely true. A professional, a gentleman and made us feel totally at ease. He is one of a kind. Even arranged to have the airconditioner installed the very next day, to my surprise. His crew was also exceptional. Worked through without even a break. I can`t say enough about this man. Efficient, competent and tidy. Could not ask for anything better. Included weekend home visit. Don't get me started on the guys who send all of us a bill every month.

I called Cozy World because my A/C and heating systems were old and acting up a touch and the reviews on this site were amazing . Boris showed up, carefully reviewed the units and asked if they were still working. I told him that they were but I thought that they required replacing because of their age.. Boris suggested that because of difficult access issues, I do nothing until something actually breaks and then gave me the name and number of a third party technician who would be able to add life to the system. I don't know of any other company who would be invited into my house and asked to do considerable work and refused on the basis that it would be less expensive to have someone else maintain the equipment. I offered him money for his time, trouble and help and he told me to give it to charity. The reviews on this site are very accurate. Boris is a very nice man with extraordinary high business ethics.

Fred was kind enough to respond quickly and effeciently to my problem. He was prompt, timely and pleasant to deal with. He informed me that should there be an issue in the future, that he would come straight away.
