Cozy World fully deserve their high Homestars rating. Everything I read about them beforehand on this website, proved true: their quote was highly competitive (in my case even the cheapest) and all-inclusive (no surprises), (owner) Boris' pre-sales communication was excellent (fast and to-the-point, no questions unanswered), the install crew (Fred and colleague) was punctual, fast (six hours start to finish), skilled, helpful and they respected my property. Suffice to say, the reviews are true. I could leave it at that, but there are a few things that deserve extra mention. First of all, the main competing quote also came from a Homestars top-ten company. Obviously, anyone topping those charts has an excellent track record. But unlike the competition, Cozy World accurately sized my equipment, while the other guys tried to push models too big for my (small 1,100 sq ft) house (and if there's one thing I've learnt, it's not to oversize furnace or AC). Second, Cozy World are the only ones to post prices on their website. That may not seem like a big deal, but I very much appreciate the transparency, and the confidence it implies (and once competing quotes start rolling in, you'll know why Cozy World can be that confident, unlike everyone else). Also, Boris is the least typical salesman I've ever had to deal with, and that's a big compliment. Like everyone else I reserve a healthy dose of scepticism for salesmen of any ilk. Boris, I trust. His answers to my (several) questions were so devoid of bloat or up-selling, he almost seemed aloof initially (which he isn't, to be clear). His candour is unparallelled. He'd consistently go for the cheapest option available that would suit my needs. Also, he made a point of fully explaining why they'd have to install a chimney liner (code requirements, which I was already aware of, so I knew he wasn't BS-ing me). I know I'm waxing lyrical in this review, but all for good reason. If a company can turn a potentially arduous and stressful experience into a pleasant one, they deserve a wholehearted recommendation.

I found majestic indoor air on Home Stars when my AC broke down right in the middle of the recent heat wave. After a number of calls to different companies, i got in touch with Fred - good thing about majestic indoor air they dont over charge for after hour service calls. Fred came in on a saturday and did a good job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. I highly recommend Majestic Indoor Air to anyone with cooling issues.

Boris and his guys from Cozy World were such a pleasure to work with. From the moment I first contacted him until the job was done he was always in communication with me and responded quickly to my emails. The estimate he provided was exactly what it cost to do the job. His guys were courteous, respectful and worked quite quickly installing everything in a day. Overall we are very happy and would definitely recommend Cozy World!

Stellar customer service. I had the furnace installed in Nov 2009. The installation was done professionally, clean, on time . Recently I suspect the fan motor is not working and e-mailed Boris about it. Boris called early next morning and having discussed the issue said he would drop by to take a look. Two days later, he called and came in the time he said and gave a thorough check of the furnace and fixed it in no time and gave valuable advice how to improve the air quality of the house. I have always been satisfied about Boris's and his installer, Fred 's professionalism, prompt responses and good workmanship and have no hesitation in recommending his company to friends ( and in fact, I did , and they also had pleasant experience with their furnace installation .)

We replaced our furnace and A/C around February 2011. I wanted to wait for at least a full year of usage before posting. So far, so good. The furnace is much quieter than our previous one, and the A/C cools the house fairly quickly. We checked other vendors, based on family recommendations, fliers, and finally checked Homestars. I saw Cozy World, the company with the funny name, had the high rating, and gave them a ring. They deserve a high rating because: 1) They were able to fit us into a tight schedule, and were able to squeeze me in in a matter of days. Fantastic. 2) When I asked about air purifiers and other items other companies had offered to sell, Boris told me they were not necessary, and dissuaded me from spending money on items he thought that we did not need. 3) We had a couple of small issues which they were able to handle at reasonable cost. 4) They were quick, clean, professional. The impression they had on me was that they were on top of everything and knew what they were doing and just barreled ahead with the work, no time wasted. 5) They handled all the paperwork with the product registration, and it's a lifetime registration. Overall we are very pleased with Cozy World and would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends, and would gladly call up Boris again. The professionalism, and quality of people and workmanship, was appreciated.

I contacted Boris through Homestars and arranged for a quote. He was punctual and courteous and identified various problems with the old AC unit and setup. He sent me a quote quickly in the evening. I took about a week to make my decision, all the while asking him questions via email. His responses were quick and honest. When his crew came for installation, they were very professional. They used limestone to level the area that the pad would be placed. They also ran the various lines up along the support and bottom of my deck (keeping them off the ground). All in all the job was tidy and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to go to Cozy World again when I need a new furnace.

Boris and his crew were courteous and worked hard replacing my old furnace, water heater and A/C. I am pleased with the Goodman furnace and A/C and Rinnai water heater. All three units are quiet and efficient. Cozy World handled the disposal of my furnace and A/C and returned my rental water heater. Boris also submitted all paperwork for applicable rebates and warranty registrations. They started and finished on time and on budget. The job took two days.

Fred was very professional to deal with. He has been prompt and reliable, he conducted excellent work and has always kept the area clean and neat. I will continue to use his services in the future.

Boris came to our house for a quote and did a detail review of our heating and cooling needs. He gave useful suggestions on how to get heat and air conditioning to the upstairs bedrooms. He responded very quickly and professionally for any additional requests after quotation. The installation crew lead by Fred was great. He used drop sheet covering all basement hallways. He even swept the furnace area leaving it very clean after the installations. The crew are professional and polite. I am very happy with the installation and service by Cozy World

Cozy World Is Excellent! We had several quotes for replacing our mid-efficiency furnace and old air conditioner, and Boris from Cozy World was our favourite. I read lots beforehand and knew exactly what we wanted, which helped me watch for 'extra' sales pitches, etc. Boris was honest, kind, polite, didn't try to up-sell, and his quote was competitive. (Note: Cozy World's pricing includes an extended labour warranty, which usually an additional cost through other companies). We hired Cozy World and the installers, Fred and Jamar, were great! They were careful moving equipment, protected our floors/stairs with carpets and fabric, and worked diligently at completing the job. Most importantly, their work was meticulous! I am a perfectionist in my handy work and find it hard to find people who are the same. Fred and Jamar's work truly impressed me. Clean metal work, wiring clipped neatly, everything cleaned up, etc.... it was exactly what I like to see. I would recommend Cozy World in a heartbeat. Thanks Boris & Crew! Andrew, Toronto.
