Fred (Majestic Indoor Air) recently installed a new furnace and hot water heater in my home. Fred was easy to get a hold of and answered my questions regarding the work. The price was competive. The team showed up on time, delivered exactly what was promised, and cleaned up properly after the work was done. In short, there were no surprises. I would recommend Majestic Indoor Air, and would be happy to use their services again.

Last night we tried to start the furnace for the first time this season, and couldn't get it going. This morning I called Cozy World, because of their wonderful reviews on Homestars. Fred came out within an hour of the call, fixed the problem (thermostat related, as it turned out), checked over the rest of the furnace, and now my only problem is getting our cats off the vents so the house can get some heat. I will certainly call Cozy World for any future HVAC problems. Thanks, Fred!

After obtaining 3 prices for the replacement of my 16 year old furnace, I elected to deal with Cozy World. Although price is important, I also wanted to deal with a company which would deliver on its promises. The many positive Cozy World reviews in the Homestars' website were the clincher for me. I could not have asked for a better experience than I have received from Cozy World. From the point at which Boris provided me with a written quotation, through the furnace installation, the whole process was extremely professional. The installers (Fred and assistant)were first rate: timely, pleasant, well organized, and very tidy. The installation looks impeccable. I'm almost (but not quite) looking forward to some cold weather so that I can give my new Goodman furnace a test drive. Based on my experience, I would cheerfully recommend Cozy World's services to anyone.

first time that i called Fred was in middle of the winter when me and my wife were freezing in our new house and the furnace was'nt working. he came to my house and fixed the furnace same day and charged me really fair since then i call him for any needs. me and my wife were so emazed by his personality and refered him to my parents, brothers and some other friends and they were all happy with his service and price.

Fred is an honest and professional man. He arrived on time and installed the new furnace and air conditioning with utmost care and attention. His price and service was very reasonable. I am happy to reefer him to anyone who requires his services.

Very good service provided. Made himself very available and had some helpful tips regarding furnace maintenance. Very good basic skills installing new duct work and gas lines. Would recommend and use him on next job.

fred came and gave us a quote which was better than other quotations we had from other companies and he did a great job doing the instaltion also I had my AC serviced by him at my house it seems like he could diagnose a hvac systems with his eyes closed I'm very impressed by his work and I am a mechanic myself.

While I was looking for reviews of various hvac contractors to supply and install a new energy efficient furnace< i stumbled onto the homestars web site and boy am I glad I did !!! I searched homestars by nearest location and highset rating. All the while I had reservations about the legitimacy of homestars being a bit of a sinic at heart. Not only was I blown away by the whole homestars website but I was equally blown away by the top quality of product , workmanship< and expertise, not to mention the proffesionalism of Cozy World. These guys are for real. And I'm a tough guy to impress. When you call Cozy World, Boris (the owner) will either answer the phone or return your call almost immediately. When you arrange an innitial meeting he'll show up exactly when he told you he would. And the price he quotes will include all taxes. There are absolutely NO surprises when you deal with these guys. It was awsome. They installed a Goodman high efficiency furnace in my house last winter. Fred did the installation. He looked like he could do it with his eyse closed. He was quick and profficient and very friendly. He let me watch and he answered any questions I had. He even tidied up when he finished. Fred and Boris even solved a buzzing noise I've had in my house for years. They rewally impressed me. One more thing. My Enbridge Gas bill is 40% of what it was with the old furnace. From almost 400.00 $ per month to around 180. 00$ . IF it sounds to good to be true, just give them a call and set up an appointment with Boris. Once you hear his voice on the phone and then meet him in person, you'll know I'm not exagerating. I just wish these guys knew how to fix cars .........

Boris and his colleague Kam really deserve their top ranking in this category. We bought a new furnace from them last year and they were outstanding. But what makes them true pros is that they don't hesitate to help out (with questions like changing filters and routine maintenance) and, just yesterday, responding to a leak that was caused by our air conditioning pipes (but was coming out of the furnace area). It's Saturday on a long weekend and Boris gets back to my call immediately and arranges for Kam to come by and see what the problem is. They turn up when they say they will turn up and Kam is quite remarkable in how diligent he is in diagnosing the issue, triple checking everything and then fixing it and checking again and again to make sure it's a job well done. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. At work I always make sure to tell people there is nobody else they should turn to for heating and cooling matters... and that's what I love about homestars... it's a place where you can make sure that the best of the best get the recognition and the business they deserve... and, certainly, Boris and Kam deserve 'Best of the Best' recognition!

Fred from Majestic Indoor Air provided excellent service in terms of correct information, available options and installation of the TRANE products in my home and in my son's home. Fred is meticulous and knows the installation codes and requirments that must be met for a good job. He takes pride in his work and ensures the client is happy with his work. He is also open to suggestions in terms of laying the pipes etc. as long as the code requirements are not jeopardized. I will be contracting Fred again for the fire place installation and truly recommend him to others.
