We just Cozy World install an new central A/C. Boris was extremely professional. He returned calls promptly, provided quotations quickly and accomodated a very fast install time. The work was done quickly, well and at a very competitive price. We would recommend Cozy World and would gladly use them again.

My Goodman A/C , which is only going into it's 2nd full season, suddenly stopped working in June. The company that installed the A/C and was servicing it, suddenly seemed to have disappeared. Messages were not returned. We have allergies and asthma in our house so it is crucial to have working A/C. I have used homestars.ca in the past to find reputable service and this is how I found Cozy World. They put me in touch with Fred for the repair. Fred took my cell number and promised to try to make it to my house the same evening or at the latest the next morning. He then called me later that afternoon to confirm that he would be able to meet me at my house around 6pm. When I was on my way home, he called again to let me know that he would be there in half an hour. Fred arrived and fairly quickly determined that the problem was no power to A/C. It turned out that some wires got disconnected in the yard, probably due to some animals. He patched up the wires and stayed to make sure that the unit was cooling properly. Fred was very professional and very thorough. I highly recommend Fred and Cozy World. And I highly recomment homestars.ca to find reputable companies to deal with.

I contacted Boris about an A/C and humidifier installation after reading about all of the great reviews. He provided me with a quote the same day and I was able to arrange for an installation on the hottest day of the year. His crew was knowledgeable and worked efficiently. The running of the pipes and electrical was neat and tidy that even my wife noticed. They also respected the house, lined the carpet to the basement with a carpet runner, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. All of my questions were answered and I was very happy with the professional installation.

My AC broke down on one of the hottest days ever in Toronto. Boris and his team came and replaced my AC and also my dead eletronic furnance filter within a c ouple days. Paid for the 10 year labour warranty for piece of mind. Excellent service and great prices.

I found Cozy World after some research on the web and contacted Boris for a quote. He came to the house and inspected the furnace area, exterior of the house and the gas meter ensure that we had adequate natural gas capacity. He gave thorough explanations for his recommendations and patiently answered all of our questions and his quote was very competitive. After installation Boris ensured that all the paperwork was completed for all warranties and government/OEM rebates. On the day of installation his installers were prompt and efficient. They competently performed their tasks and cleaned up after themselves. Prior to leaving they ensured that I knew how to run the new thermostat. The furnace and A/C unit have been installed for just over a year now. During the heating season my gas bills have seen significant savings on the amount of natural gas consumed and during the summer my electricity usage have been lower even with us using the A/C more than in previous years. I would definetly recommend Boris and his company and I do.

A/C was very noisy and had condensation leaks around the furnace. Cozy sent Fred, who cleaned the coil to improve airflow, and turned down the blower speed, which had been set too high. Less noisy and leaks gone... Excellent service.
