All we can say is WOW! From the moment we called we were impressed. Cozy world was the only company that suggested a different kind of installation that worked well for our existing layout. Everyone else said we had to install new exhaust pipes right by our patio table....how annoying would that be! Cozy world worked with our existing infrastructure and installed new exhaust pipes, across the basement, above the dry walled ceiling without even having to poke a hole in our newly finished ceiling! They look for solutions, and implement them. They didn't oversell, or oversize what we needed, in fact they told us we didn't need the bigger units. The installation was so professional, even the way they fixed our existing floor drain. The sheet metal work on the ducting is outstanding! The workers were such a pleasure to have in our home, and we can HIGHLY recommend this company. We had it installed in Dec 2010, and today I couldn't get the new A/C going for the first time. They called me back in 10 mins and guided me through the process to find out the breaker had flipped off. AMAZING! Seriously some of the finest, most professional customer service and workmanship we've ever seen. Boris and the team are great.
