My parents Carrier A/C unit went on the blink just as it was getting hot. I emailed Boris and he hooked me up with Fred, his repair guy. As I had already used Boris to install a new HVAC system at my house (and like everyone else, was very happy with the job), I figured I'd call him first. He immediately put me in touch with Fred, his repair guy, who scheduled a repair time that was good for me. Fred showed up on time (a Sunday morning no less!), found the problem, replaced the defective part, check over the whole system and all at a very reasonable cost. Once again, i will be singing Boris's praises only now I can include Fred as well in my circle of professionals. Job well done! Jim

I got a lot of quotes for a new central air conditioner and Cozy World was the fastest and best value. The other companies tended to quote larger units that I now realize I did not need for the size of my house. They did a lot of little extras at no charge like move the concrete pad the old AC unit was on as it interfered with the garage door, and tested my condensor pump that ran from my basemen. It'll will be two years this Augsut and I have not had any concerns or issues.

Everything was EXCELLENT! Both the guys that were here were great. The main guy was good at walking me through things.  They put covers on the floor, and made sure the deck and the basement were all cleaned up.   They did an excellent job of installing it with minimum mess and in a good amount of time!   They showed up on time!They cleaned up everything afterwards and left the place in perfect condition. Boris was excellent when he first came over and gave me the estimate. The cost combined with the value and the excellent service made them an easy choice. Will recommend them anytime!

We just had our air conditioner replaced and Boris and the crew were wonderful to deal with. They came on time, were thorough, explained everything clearly and were clean. Our old a/c was not levelled, and the guys did an excellent job levelling it. I would not hesitate to use them again, and will tell recommend them as well. Thanks for the great job!!!

Two years ago, when we were looking for a company to replace our old Furnace and A/C, we searched many businesses. We didn't have any previous experience, so we selected Cozy World based on the three criteria: Online Recommendations, Price/Warranty and Personality of the staff. As it turned out, we made the right decision. The installation was done very professionally. Everything was done on time, and as agreed. The whole process was very well-organized and went really smoothly. After the installation, everything was cleaned up and old parts removed from our property. We were truly pleased with the professionalism and experience the guys presented. Since the installation, everything has been working flawlessly. We are very happy with our new Furnace and A/C. Based on our experience, we recommend Cozy World without any hesitation.

I had Cozy World convert our electric heat pump system to natural gas, with a new tankless hot water heater in September 2009. It has worked flawlessly ever since. Boris and his crew were very knowledgable, efficient and honest. Boris answered all my questions quickly and completely, knew exactly what the job required and completed a difficult installation that required a complicated conversion, drilling through brick and new ductwork in about a day. His workman carefully explained the operation of the new system and gave a number of useful tips. My only complaint was that the drilling generated a huge amount of brick and cinderblock dust in a coldroom that we use to store canned goods; these were not covered properly and the dust was not cleaned up. My wife was not happy (nor was I when I had the task of cleaning it up!) However, in all this was a very positive experience and I would recommend Boris and his crew without reservation.

On the recommendation of my brother in law, we contacted Boris when we needed to replace our central airconditioning unit. We were fortunate to be able to participate in the government rebate program as well and as such replaced our older, much less efficient furnace with a brand new, energy efficient furnace and central air conditioner. Boris and his crew were excellent- they completed the job in a timely manner, were neat and respectful and we were totally satisfied with their work. He also followed up with us, long after the installation, to see if everything was working ok. I would highly recommend Boris and Cozy World.
