To be true, I didn't really expect that much. The installers were really courteous, efficient and professional in attitude. They completed the job quickly and I hope, correctly too; explained whatever I asked about. They took due care of my property and premises especially, the hardwood floor. They did the exhaust venting so cleverly, I couldn't even find the defect in the ceiling. Also, they cleaned the garbage and debris perfectly. I heard lots of stories about inconvenience caused to the customer by the greedy contractors and was very much worried until the completion of the job. Now I'm really relieved. I hope I wont have to call you for trouble shooting in years to come. I've not enough words to thank you and your team members. I would highly recommend COZY WORLD for your heating and cooling needs without second thought.

Boris provided excellent service. He responded quickly and worked around our schedule. We went with a Goodman air conditioner and it has been perfect. The crew showed up on time, got the job done, tested it and cleaned up. I found out about them through word of mouth and now recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of work.

We bought our furnace from cozy world after having 5 estimates done. Boris was wonderful, honest and very knowledgable. His price was alos the BEST! Unusual to get all that in one package. His team of installers were nothing short of fantastic. Professional, fast, efficient, very clean, polite and most importantly knew their stuff VERY WELL and provided a flawless installation on both the furnace and ac (which we went with a year later - i called Boris right away - why go anywhere else after such a good frist experience!) I did get my 5 quotes for the ac as well (cause that's what i feel i should do) and as with the high eff furnace Boris gave us the BEST PRICE by far on the ac. Two years ago I had Cozy World install a new high efficiency furnace. Their price was very competitive, their installers were polite, on time and ensured everything was running smoothly before they left. Cozy World even followed with a phonecall a few days later to check in. Overall I had a great experience and I would have no concerns recommending them.

I hired Cozy World to install a new furnace and air conditioner in my Mother's home in Riverdale. It was a great experience from the quote by Boris to installation by Kam and crew. They are also very knowledgable, and nice too.

Very happy with the service provided by Kam! I had a squeaky exhaust fan motor. Kam was on time, pleasant, clean. He arrived at 8PM as agreed. After a quick diagnosis, it was the exhaust fan. He tried lubricating it but to no avail. He had to order a vendor specific part. The next afternoon he returned and made the quick replacement. Everything to this point was very acceptable and average. What I think brought Kam to an above average status was that he didn't just leave, as the noise had gone away, he ensured that all was working well too. As he was checking the exhaust gas flow, he thought it wasn't exactly right. I check my outside exhaust pipe and found a wasp nest had been built ( from last summer) and was blocking over 50%. As it is early spring I simply ripped it out, finding 3-4 wasps present. He then provided me a screen cap to help stop this from occurring in the future. Part's + $100 labor for 2 visits and at least an hour on-site. FANTASTIC JOB! I write this freely, not once was I ever referred/encouraged by him to write this review in Homestars.

Boris did an excellent job at an excellent price. I've not had any problems with the furnace and my gas bills have been nice and small thanks to the high efficiency furnace we selected. He was professional and courteous throughout the job.

Boris, Thank you for full explanation of the equipment you installed with out of typical "sales and marketing tricks". I didn't have any problem to trust you. You were very helpful coming twice and give me advice even not charging for the visits. Once it was replacement of the part which you arranged with the producer of furnace as a guaranty service. Special thanks for doing all the paper work regarding Government Home Energy Grant Program. It was very professional service and the most important is that I can count on Boris in any time if I will need help. Peter
