Service was excellent. Technicians show up early and finished job as scheduled. installation was professional. After finished job, they test function of both furnace and air conditioner to make sure they work as expected. I would recommend Cozy World.

The quote was reasonable and accurate, and the information that we got was honest and helpful. The installers were quick and cleaned up well after they completed the job. No problems whatsoever, and the furnace has been working very well for the last 5 months.

When our water heater and furnace died Cozy World came to the rescue! Boris was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and his prices were great. We were very happy and have had zero problems with our new hot water heater and high efficiency furnace (our heating bills have gone waaaayyyy down too which is a bonus!). Boris helped us out with all of the paperwork so we could receive our rebates.

Did my due diligence and contacted 3 contracted. Decided on Boris based on way better price, referall from a friend, reviews for Goodman furnaces and great scores from this site... I have to admit that this is one of the best decisions I made (at least when it comes to home renos :))... Boris and his team not only made a great installation, but fixed a gas leak in my pipes (detected when he came for his quote - only of 3 contractors who cared or who was skilled enough to mention this) and repaired the concrete on my chimney... Thermostat needed adjustment and they came in quickly to fix it. Overall, of all the work I had done on my 120 years old house, this is the ONLY contractor I recommend to my friends.

We had a very old (rental) HWT that didn't do a good job anymore. Thinking a replacement, we decided to go for the full job in the basement and replace the HVAC system too. Based on reviews here, we selected Cozy World. Right decision. The owner of the company, Boris, came, as agreed, and made an evaluation of the whole work, listening to what we want and suggesting the best approach. Gave us an estimate (final bill was matching it to the last cent). In two days Kam, one of his specialists, came for a thorough, detailed estimation of environment and technical stuff he needed for the job. Installation was set up in less than a week (there was no emergency, as our old system was still working). All the work was done in less than 11 hours (in -10C outside). As I was following their progress (I am a technical person myself, but not in this field) I must say that they do a very thorough and professional job. That's the kind of job anyone would like to have for any of his home repairs or improvements. I just want to add that Boris helped me to bring the HWT from the supplier, as my car wasn't big enough; it was not his problem but he didn't hesitate to do it. Highly recommend this team!

Boris was low key and very knowledgeable in his sale approach. Kam and his crew were very clean and neat in all aspects of the install. Warranty can't be beat (BTW, if you research the Goodman brand, you'll find out it's at least as good as the "name brands"). All in all, a winning combo which is why Cozy World continues to get top marks in all of their reviews. Call Boris, you'll be glad you did!

I am happy to express "Thanks" to CozyWorld and their installation team has taken their time and effort to listen and accommodate all my questions.Overall, I am "Very Satisfy with you and your installation team craftmanship" when come to accommodate me from "Time scheduling, installation location and Payment Method to Manufacturer Warranty". Once again, please pass my "Many thanks" to your team !! I will definitely recommend Cozy World and your installation team to others. The only challenges is whether my Brand New Goodman 14 SEERS unit will stand for it's reputation.

Installed furnace, water heater, air con. Price was pretty well what i expected from industry friend who's a construction pm so it was a competitive price not super cheap. Installation for the day was seamless completed all items in one day as promised. Everything is working as expected. To my non-professional eyes the install looks fine as clean as can be expected in a 105 + year old home.

Boris, we were very pleased with the experience. Your men were professional and thorough and everything is working to our satisfaction. Not surprisingly, once the system was ready to use the humidity broke and the need for A/C has been reduced. No doubt though that the air is blowing more forcefully through the Living Room vents and so the cooling down time should be demonstrably reduced. Your lead guy agreed that Goodman wasn't necessarily a quality product but the guts of this unit is Amana and that means well, basically what you state on your web site. Plus the compressor is a Copeland scroll, the smae that Carrier uses according to your tech. So in virtually all areas we are satisfied and hope to have many years of uninterupted service. Our new neighbor, who moved in yesterday and mentioned that she will have to replace her unit soon will get an unqualified endorsement of your company from us. good luck and thanks! Jim & Sabrina

We had our furnace replaced by Cozy World in May 2010. Boris was knowledgeable, honest and very easy to deal with. His quote was the most reasonable among the rest that was offered. As well, his technician, Kam, was professional, helpful and did an excellent job of installing the furnace. I would highly recommend Cozy World to anyone who needs help in home heating and cooling.
