Boris came out quickly and gave me a quote that was very reasonable and he was able to get the job done that week. Install went smoothly and installer was helpful.

We had a great experience. Boris the owner came over to give us a quote. He took his time, and did not rush us at all. He explained everything and gave us a quote to look over. Prices are market value (we did compare). Once confirmed, he set up Saeed as our installer, who did an excellent job. From all my research most air conditioners are similar (Carrier, Trane, Lennox, etc.) but what makes the difference is the installer. Saeed did a great job with his crew, and gave us advice. He took his time in doing the job, even staying for a few minutes after to answer our questions. We really appreciated the fact he stayed to show/explain everything and did not rush off. It has only been a day, but so far the ac is working well. I recommend this company if you want a fair quote, and want an excellent installer. My only concern would be making sure they book your job for the morning so that if they are running late on one job, your job does not get affected.

I have used Cozy World for years and have recommended them to family and friends - not only for outstanding service but also for furnace and AC replacement. I cannot say enough amazing things about Fared and his company. Finding the right HVAC company is super important and a big decision when replacing and servicing your AC and Furnace, I am so glad I found them on the web many years ago. On this past occasion our AC unit was failing during an extreme heat wave, Fared sent Ramin out right away and he successfully trouble shot the problem. He also returned the next morning before 9:00 am to make sure everything was working properly. No other company would have done that! Ramin was professional and polite and explained everything that he needed to do and what the problems were. We’re back up and running! Sunday 7 am AC not working. Fred answered the call and was here in 2 hours. New unit delivered and installed by Tuesday. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. The temperature for days was well over 31c I would recommend this company. Outstanding respectful knowledgeable company Thank you

Such a wonderful and helpful company. So much care was taken to make sure that the ac was replaced and moved to the correct spot so that it would be effective (it was below a deck before and not keeping our home cool). They did not try to get us to buy any more than what we needed. The installation was very smooth and so much detail was taken to make sure it was done right. I would highly recommend!

Had a new furnace and humidifier installed with Cozy World. Went with them because of the positive reviews on Google and homestars. From start to finish they were professional and accommodating even when I asked for some changes to be made after signing the contract. Robert the sales rep, the install coordinator and Saeed the installer did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone for HVAC needs.

The service from Cozy World is amazing. I dealt with both Fred and Sina and both of them were top notch professionals. Fred noticed some loose cable, and improperly fitted pipe near the vicinity of my furnace (which had nothing to do with the AC installation), but yet included those fixes in the installation. Outstanding ethics! Sina is equally impressive. Tiny gestures like placing his shoes neatly upon entering the house, asking for permission before using the washroom (and keeping it clean), and most of all vacuuming up the dust leftover after the installation. I wasn't expecting any of those, at least I have never seen any other contractor vacuuming after themselves! Also, both of them always had masks on too, which is really appreciated in the current situation.

My furnace (22 years old) and air conditioner (24 years old) were at or near end of life. I chose to replace them both with power vented models. I selected Cozy World based on the many positive reviews from Home Stars. They were the only company that I contacted for a quote. Boris was very understanding of my requirements and paid me a visit to assess the job and make recommendations. He was very helpful with my follow up questions as well (even on the weekend). The job was scheduled within about a week of his visit/quote. The air conditioner that was quoted was not available and so he upgraded me to a better air conditioner at no extra cost. The installation team consisted of 2 people. They were prompt, pleasant, professional and very thorough. They worked really hard (including drilling through brick for vent installation) to complete the job within the day and made sure to tidy up afterwards and remove all the old parts. I was exhausted just watching them work! Following the job, Cozy World's office followed up with me to provide the product warranty info and to check on my satisfaction with the job. I highly recommend Cozy World for any HVAC requirements.

Cozy World installed a new AC unit last week and the installers were friendly and professional. They left the work area clean and tidy. As others have mentioned, Leslie registered the unit for the extended warranty automatically and sent me all the paper work. He was responsive and quick in answering additional questions. I'm very happy with the work and service!

A number of hugely variable quotes and conflicting advice led me to Homestars and contacting Cozy World Inc. The whole experience from first contact early morning by phone, to prompt in person assessment and quote, to very timely scheduling and efficient installation was refreshing and reassuring. Job well done.
