This was the first time I ever had to replace an air conditioning unit, and I had no idea how to go about it. Farhad (Fred) did an excellent job of explaining the process, the reason why it needed to be replaced rather than repaired, and he gave me several options to choose from among A/C units, from low-end to mid-range models. The installation happened the very next day, with Saeed doing a great job. Now we have a more energy-efficient A/C and I am very satisfied with the whole process and the price we paid. I wholeheartedly recommend Cozy World for any HVAC work.

I found Cozy World Inc on the Lennox Canada website & decided to invite them in for an estimate on replacing my Furnace, Air Conditioner, Humidifier & Thermostat. From the start Farhad was a professional. He took the time to listen & answer all my questions. He offered his suggestions on which products & setup would best suit my needs but didn't try to up-sell me on anything. In fact, he made sure I was aware of any & all manufacturer rebates which were available at the time of my install. The installers...Saeed and Ali, they arrived on time and ready to work. They made sure to protect any area of my home that they would be walking through and left no mess behind. The quality of the Installation was impeccable! I'm spending the time to write this review for anyone who might be in my shoes & looking to replace the heart of their home but know no one in the industry who can help them in making this large decision. I would recommend you give Farhad at Cozy World Inc. a call. I am glad I did. I got some of the best products in the industry at a very fair price with what I would call the perfect installation. Our 24 year old Carrier A/C was a problem last summer. We decided to replace it this year. After reviewing several Brands of A/C we chose Lennox and decided to use the services of Cozy World Inc. as we were very satisfied with their installation of our new Lennox furnace 3 years ago. Once again they did an excellent job from providing a very competitive quotation, through installation and follow up with manufacturer warranties and rebates. Patrick

I looked at the HomeStars reviews and gave the Cozy World an opportunity to bid on the project. I was especially interested in the quality install comments of other reviewers with this vendor. On the sales side, Farhad was extremely knowledgeable and suggested the best system for our home. We weren't oversold and the price was very competitive. As somebody who likes to research, he was also patient with me and answered every question I threw at him about alternative products and features. He also presented us with rebate opportunities which other installers failed to mention or support. The installers (Saeed and Ali) were masters. The quality fit-and-finish was nothing like I've seen in my years of owning furnaces and very happy with my decision to go with these guys. They were courteous, tidy and spent the time required to do things right. Highly recommend this company if you need a furnace/AC.

Farhad and Saeed were total professionals. They provided a quote based on outstanding equipment and followed up with prompt delivery and installation. The installation was complicated involving 1 furnace and 2 AC units plus and air handler but the team was fantastic, their work meticulous, neat and tidy. I highly recommend Cozy World.

Thank you to team at Cozy World. It is a bit early to test the A/C but Saeed did an exceptional job figuring out a very difficult situation running lines to the back yard without putting holes in the ceiling. He worked diligently and explained my questions well. So far very happy.

Boris from Cozy World was very prompt in returning my request for a quote. He was knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions and was able to schedule the job quickly. Saeed and his installers were professional, respectful and positive. It was a difficult space with low ceilings and narrow access but they completed everything without any problems. This is a company that takes pride in their work and customer service.

After consulting with 5 different HVAC companies we chose Cozy World because we were very confident after meeting with Fred that Cozy World would meet the very high standards of workmanship and service that we wanted in the installation of our new Lennox furnace and A/C unit. Fred really stood out, he was friendly, very informative and very helpful, never pushy and explained clearly the different options and guided us in getting the best system without overspending. Fred's written estimate was very detailed, clear and thorough so we knew exactly what was included in the price with the specific models of the equipment listed to ensure that everything we asked for was going to be done and accounted for. Regardless to how we were communicating (phone or email), Fred was very quick to respond and answer all our questions. We were truly impressed by Saeed's installation job. The quality of his workmanship, his pride in his work, his skills and knowledge all resulted in an installation done with the utmost care and attention to detail, with our needs and safety as his top priority. Saeed was friendly and polite, cleaned up the worksite afterwards. He was a pleasure to work with. A real added bonus was the very pleasant and efficient experience with Leslie the office administrator, who the day after the installation, followed up to make sure everything went well and made sure all the warranties were registered with Lennox and all rebates correctly submitted. We chose Cozy World over the other companies that came and quoted, we cannot be happier with the end result. Fred went the extra mile to make sure we were totally satisfied, he gave us terrific service. This is the second install from Cozy World. AC unit. Boris, the owner, was again very professional and provided me all the information I needed to make the right decision. The installation team led by Saeer did a superb job, went over and above and cleaned up impeccably. Would strongly recommend.
