AC was not working properly during the heat wave. Cozy World sent someone out and repaired it. AC is now working and the house is cool. Amazing customer service. I would recommend Cozy World to anyone. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic company. He was so professional, friendly and courteous. He offered to remove some old gas pipes that had inexplicably been capped off and was able to create a more direct line from the front of the house to the back. He also corrected several illegal joints in my old gas line, where the gas feed was being choked because the line went from one-inch-diameter to half-inch, with improper fittings along the way. He really knows his stuff and is such a pro. And a super-nice person. Very, very happy with Cozy World.

The 2 guys from Cosy World were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and very sweet. They were respectful of our home and garden. We got a prompt quote, a quality product and we are very happy.

We are very happy with the service. We decided to replace the furnace and Air conditioner. The guys did an excellent job installing and removing the old equipment, very professional and clean. Boris did a great job inspecting before and after the installation. Our home is very confortable now.

Quick quote at much lower price than other quotes. Showed up promptly, worked all day to get it done. As good as it gets for professionals in GTA. The men who did the work were so good I had to give them each a $100 extra.

Fred immediately responded, visited our home, listen to our concerns and preferences, give us a good advice and a quite reasonable estimate for the quietest and most efficient Lennox furnace. His installation team led by Sina did a fantastic job. Everything went smoothly and and fast - they finished by the afternoon. We are very glad with the results and especially the quietness of the furnace. We also appreciate that the venting pipes were placed in an unobstructive way and the new metal work looks so much nicer than the old one. It was a pleasure to deal with Cozy World. I can highly recommend this company to everyone who wants to deal with professional and friendly people.

The entire experience with Cozy World was great from the get go. Fred showed up on time, took full measurements and ended up recommending a smaller unit than was recommended by others, which actually performs much better (and cheaper). The installation guys were amazing - very professional, diligent and friendly. Unit's been functioning for a month now and we love it. I would highly recommend Cozy World for their honestly, experience and friendly service.

I contacted Cozy World and spoke with Boris regarding a new AC unit for my home. He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. After speaking with him I knew I would utilize their services. 1 week later the installation team arrived and went to work (Saeed and his assistant). Saeed was very professional and did an excellent job. Everything was run neatly and cleanly. I highly recommend Cozy World to anyone needing great AC work. Will definitely use them again!
