I chose Cozy World because of their great reviews and Fred was the only contactor that showed me that I had a rough-in to pipe the drain tubes from the furnace and water heater under the basement floor. He also gave me a great price. The installers (Sina & helper) were great - friendly and professional. They had a little trouble with my Nest thermostat but called Nest and resolved the problem. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Our furnace had decided to stop working. Never a good surprise. We had dealt with cozy world before and had been very happy so when this little surprise happened they were the first people we called. They were prompt and came to inspect the issue. The problem was immediately identified and while he didn’t have the part on hand and it was late he left us with some space heaters until he could get back first thing in the morning with the replacement blower. They even saved us money by going to the manufacturer and getting us the refund on the faulty blower. I would recommend this company to anyone. And have.

We had our new AC and full furnace installed in August 2017; the price was right, a full team of 3 came and did the entire install - and removal of old units - in a single day. No mess left and they were happy to explain both process and maintenance tips to me. The team easily connected my Ecobee up to the new system and tested it; as an official Lennox dealer, we chose which units were right for our needs and budget. Great result, great service! A.F.

Cozy World installed furnace and air conditioner in our house two weeks ago. They are professional from giving us a quote to answering all of our questions about the installation. The president, Boris was patient with us, answering all of our questions until we were satisfied. The installer, Kam, and his assistant worked the whole day and installed the equipment professionally and carefully. Kam took the time in assessing the location of the new thermostat as we wanted a smart thermostat. The old system had fewer wires than the new one required. He found the best location for the new thermostat that required the minimum amount of damage to the walls. Kam also spent time with us in discussing how to maintain a healthy HVAC system. Overall, we are satisfied with work of Cozy World and would recommend them.

We recently hired Cozy World to replace two furnaces in our home. Boris and his team did an excellent job. Boris was quick to reply to my initial request for quote, took the time to explain everything that needed to be done, and provided a competitive quote for the job. The installation went really well - the team was extremely efficient and left my house in a very clean state. I would highly recommend Cozy World and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They were very efficient. The company also took care of all the documents necessary for the government rebates. I didn't have to do a thing. I am very happy with my Lennox furnace. It is very quiet. Cozy World responded quickly to my request for a quote for a furnace and hot water tank replacement. Their representative showed up on time despite the inhospitable weather. After a thorough review of the original installation, we discussed the various options for a replacement. Once we had decided on a system an installation date was arranged at our convenience. Pricing through Cozy World was exceptionally competitive. The installation crew was very professional, hardworking and thoughtful offering some useful suggestions in terms of layout. They accomplished the installation with a minimum of mess having come prepared with many drop sheets. Post installation, the administrative staff at Cozy World helped us submit applications for any rebates that we might be entitled to. Overall, Cozy World provided excellent service from start to finish.

After a gas leak in my 37 year old furnace and an emergency visit from Enbridge, I knew I had to just completely replace it. It certainly didn’t owe me anything. I called and emailed a number of companies that were rated well on Homestars. Cozy World stood out though. I received emails and a phone call quite quickly and was able to arrange for an estimate to occur the next morning. I got the estimate from Robert on Friday am and was comfortable enough to have them proceed with the work. I felt very lucky that they could do the job so quickly. (I also decided to get a new air conditioner at the same time.) So on Saturday morning, two lovely workers arrived, assessed the situation, did some problem-solving to ensure the job proceeded smoothly, and got to work. They worked non-stop for about 8 hours and got the job done beautifully. I was so grateful since the temperature was plummeting. The guys also gave me the required information to get an audit done for rebates and quickly took care of the “red tags” that were imposed on me by Enbridge. Anyway, I’ve had the new furnace for a week and I’m very happy with it. I’ve been staying very cozy.
