Boris is very knowledgeable and provided great customer service helping me choose a furnace and AC that meets my families needs. The Cozy World crew was amazing: Clean , effective and their craftsmanship was obvious. I have a finished basement and when they were done it was like they were never there. They exceeded my expectations. The furnace is great , the performance is noticeably better than the old unit. Quieter, more airflow and each register actually emits warm air! I will certainly recommend Boris to my network of contacts.

Fred came to our house to quote on the job. He looked at the equipment and measured our house. He even noted the orientation of our house and how much of the basement is above ground level. He suggested several options for us to choose from. As we were looking for high efficiency and quiet operations we decided on the SLP98V furnace and the EL16XC1 air conditioner. There was some duct work to be done as well. Fred drew the schemes so the installer would know exactly what to do. Fred was personable. He listened to our comments and concerns and made suggestions. With that I think we got the best solutions to meet our needs. After the original quotes we did contact Cozy World via phone or email to discuss minor changes, Fred responded quickly and was accommodating. The installer Kam was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He and his assistant kept the work site clean and the noise level down. Overall excellent job! We have had the new equipment for one month now. The furnace is working very well, extremely quiet! It is heating all the rooms more evenly than was ever before. We are happy! Won’t be using the air conditioner until next year, and we hope it will be as good as the furnace.

Robert and his team did a terrific job explaining and installing the furnace and Nest thermostat for our home in October. Chose them because of good reviews on Homestars and am glad we did so.

Good company to deal with. Excellent installers and service. Definitely better then local competition. I have dealt with other reputable hvac companies and they don't compare to Cozyworld. I got 4 quotes and their price was fair. Thank you Boris and team

We had a central humidifier installed. It took a couple of hours (including removing our old one). The tech was great, installed and showed me how to use/clean it. Works great. Thanks!

Came home from holidays to a cold house on a Friday evening. Called Fred, after he was finished with another customer he came right over. Assessed the problem, repaired it, and was beyond fair. Totally satisfied. Not only great follow up service after a year + since my furnace/AC was installed but also very helpful and a great attitude as well. Thank you.

Good experience with Cozy World. Fred was easy to deal with. He was knowledgeable, explained everything and answered all my questions. His installers were efficient, friendly and left everything neat and tidy.

Cozy World (CW) was very quick to respond to my request for quote on the HomeStars site. Boris called me within a day to follow up on my request for a quote for a new furnace, A/C and dehumidifier in my almost 100 year old house. Our furnace was 20 years old, A/C about 18 years old and the dehumidifier was already out of commission. Robert gave me a call soon after I spoke with Boris to coordinate a time that was convenient for me to come to my home and analyze my current situation and recommend the best home solution for my family. Robert was extremely helpful in suggesting the right hardware for my home so that I got ahead of a potential headache in the middle of winter. Robert was extremely patient with me in getting back to him. As soon as I called him back, he arranged for a day and time for one of the CW technicians to come to my home and get the job done. Merhdad and team came to my home on time, finished the job within the time they told me, and followed up with me to explain the new equipment and offered to come by and run through their work. Boris soon followed up with me, on the weekend, to ensure that I was happy with the work, go over the invoice and rebates with me, and asked me if I had any more questions and made sure I was happy. This was the best service I could ask for from start to finish. I highly recommend Cozy World to anyone looking to have any heating and cooling work done on their home. Fred was extremely responsive, and came out to the house right away after I contacted him. Since we were getting gas installed in order to get a gas furnace, the gas company had Fred come and mark on the house where to put the meter. He was always available to answer questions. On the day of the installation Fred explained exactly what the team was going to do. It was their idea for a bbq hose and a hook-up for a gas water heater in case we wanted that in the future. They cleaned up everything related to the installation. Everything has been working perfectly since we first turned the furnace on, and Fred followed up the next day to make sure everything was working the way we expected.

Thank you for the superb job you did with our HVAC! We had a major reno/construction on our house with a complete HVAC change and instal (ducts, furnace, etc). From the beginning to the end of the project they Cozy World Inc. staff was professional, diligent and friendly. Fred (Farhad) the principal was especially helpful in guiding us with the selection of equipment as well as other questions we had. The pricing was transparent compared to some other companies we explored, and there were no surprises along the way. We would sincerely recommend them to anyone. Great experience! Thank you again Miki
