Fred and his team did a great job. We were in a jam when our furnace died on us. We appreciated Fred sitting down with us and he had his team in the next day to install our new furnace. His installers were equally great and curteous. And we love our new furnace.

Cozy World was out within 24 hours of calling them for a quote. Boris explained what I needed and why in laymen's terms. I received his quote within a few days which outlined the scope of work. Although not the cheapest, the price was very competitive. Boris seemed the most knowledgeable and more importantly, the most helpful of those that came out to give me an estimate. The install happened within 4 days of my email giving them the job. It went smoothly considering two furnaces were replaced and it was a miserable, rainy day. Cam even left the place cleaner than he found it. Boris later followed up by handling all the rebate and warranty paperwork for me and making sure everything was as I had expected. I could not have asked for a more perfect experience. The two Lennox furnaces are quiet, efficient and I hope will last as long as my last two. When my a/c units need replacing, Cozy is who I will be calling.

My furnace recently stopped working all of a sudden...it would fire up but would not heat up my home. After reading their positive reviews, I contacted Cozy World and got an appointment right away. I dealt with Fred who quickly determined that the problem was due to a damaged blower motor. He replaced the motor, and my home has been nice and "cozy" ever since. Thank you, Fred!

I recently had a new furnace and AC installed by Cozy World. The installers were very professional and the work was done with excellant workmanship. I especially liked that they kept the worksite clean throughout the install and cleaned up the garbage at the end. After a few quotes I picked this company because they gave me a fair price and were not pushy on my purchase. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Boris Sherman is one of the most honest small business owners I have met in Toronto. I called Cozy World after speaking to multiple dealerships and it was evident from my very first interaction that these people were true professionals. Boris took the time to explain to me in detail the system that would be best suited for my house. He was thorough and knowledgeable. The crew arrived as per schedule and completed the job to my satisfaction and left my place spotless. Boris completed all the paperwork for the rebates. He never promised me more rebates than I was eligible for, which was something that put me off some of the other dealers. Boris was also superb with the communication, quick to respond to emails and phone calls. After my AC/Furnace installation was completed I asked Boris if they also installed tankless water heaters. Boris replied ‘yes’ and then went on to ask me a simple question “what problem are you trying to solve?” I didn’t have a problem with my current water heater and therefore didn’t need to change was Boris’ point. He also explained the math around why I should continue with my current system vs change to tankless given my family size. I highly recommended Cozy World!

Cozy World were great, from Boris taking his time to explain what I needed and not using any pushy sales tactics like some others, to the installers doing a professional job. They even moved the thermostat to another hall for me. The paper work for energy rebates was all taken care of by Boris. Thumbs up!

I wanted to replace an old furnace, reviewed a number of vendors and got several quotes. I had done extensive web investigations on different furnace brands and options and had a pretty good idea of what we needed. Boris from Cozy World responded immediately to my request came to our place to inspect the old furnace and recommend a replacement. I quizzed him about different brands and found Boris both very knowledgeable and fully transparent in his recommendations (no BS). The price was good and the installation done a few days later by Kam was fast, efficient and of excellent quality. The job was done in a few hours and the crew cleaned up completely. Boris followed up later to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. I could not be happier with this experience.

I just had a great experience with Cozy World this week. Last week I had the technician from Enercare visit to do the pre-winter maintainace on my furnace. He found that our heating coil had cracks in it and was considered unsafe. As a result, he "red tagged" our furnace and shut off the gas to the furnace. He advised me that due to the condition of the furnace and the fact that the cracks were a safety issue, he was obligated to shut it down. I asked if he could get someone to give me a quote to replace the furnace. I also decided to replace the AC as well as it was also hitting the 15 year mark. He managed to get a sales technician to come to the house within half an hour to give me a quote. The gentleman that arrived was very nice, and knowledgeable, but I thought the price he quoted me was on the high side. His base option price was $9,950 plus tax. He was going to install Carrier equipment which I understand is considered reliable. In fairness, he did toss in some other incentives. $300 in Mastercard gift cards as well as taking care of the cost of an energy audit to qualify for some rebates. He said to get the deal he was offering, I would have to sign on the spot, but that I was entitled to a cooling off period and could still cancel if I chose too. I told him that I would be getting a quote from another HVAC company and would let him know my decision. The other company was Cozy World. I had used Cozy World previously for a service call when a circuit board in our furnace shorted out and left us with out AC in the summer. Fahred came to do the call and when a month later, the same thing happened, he was there again to service and repair the system again. no charge. For the furnace and AC replacement I called Cozy World on the Thursday and met with the owner Boris on the Friday. Boris checked out our furnace room, looked at my old equipment and saw there might be a bit of a challenge doing the installation requiring a piece of our ceiling been cut out, but said that there may be away to avoid having to do that. Boris was going to use Lennox equipment which is considered very good. His price for both units installed was $8.100 plus tax. I called Enercare and cancelled their installation and booked with Boris. Cam and Vallee the Cozy World installers came early in the afternoon on the Monday. It took about 7 hours from start to finish. When they left, my furnace room was cleaner than when they arrived. They managed to install and vent the furnace with out having to cut in to my ceiling which was a huge plus. Everytime I checked in with Cam to see how things were going, his answer was always the same, "Great." It was refreshing to not hear a contractor complaining about the job he was doing! The work they did was great, there installation was very clean and I didn't have to clean up after them once they were gone. Boris also activated my warranty for me and has applied on my behalf for any available rebates. All in all a GREAT experience. I would highly recommend Cozy World to anyone!!!
