We got 3 quotes for a new furnace and ac and Cozy World offered the best deal for the best equipment. Boris came and assessed our needs without delay, and provided a very thorough overview of our options, as well as information about all applicable rebates. The installers (Kam and his partner) were very professional and respectful, and took the time to explain the new system and thermostat to us. Boris processed all the documents needed for rebates, making that part a breeze. Excellent service, great product, great price. Highly recommended.

Service rep was knowledgeable but overpriced. Furnace would not restart unless thermostat was shut off. Burner would ignite but shut off within 3 seconds. Problem was diagnosed over the phone. Condensation drain was cleaned, along with routine check of other maintenance areas, within 30 minutes. Invoice was $150.

Just when we thought our ancient furnace might have seen us through another winter, it quit working over the deep freeze we had this past weekend. Cozy World had taken care of an air conditioning issue for us last year -- and the service was excellent -- so Fred was my first call to have a look when our heat went off. Within just a few hours of reaching out to him, Fred had come by, diagnosed the problem, located a replacement part, and completed the repair! This is my second review for Cozy World and I'm just as impressed as the first time. On January 13 Sina came to do the gas line for our new stove as we were converting from an electric to gas. Because our basement is finished it was easier to do the hookup from the gas meter itself. Sina was great and worked in -7 weather. With the windchill it was much colder but he was beyond professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Thank you again Sina.

My furnace stopped working. I got Cozy World's name from a trusted appliance repairman I've used before. I called Cozy at the end of my work day, described the problem and arranged for them the next day. I appreciated the 2-hr window of time they arranged + getting a call from the repairman when he was en route. Best of all, they accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem and my home is true to their name.

Our furnace was cycling on and off. Ray meticulously examined our furnace and diagnosed and fixed the issue perfectly. Our furnace hasn't cycled on or off in the last week so he knew exactly what he was doing. Ray has a bachelor of science in Mechanical engineering so is very qualified. We won't be using anyone else for our HVAC needs and will be recommended Cozy World to our friends.

This is the second time we have worked with Boris and his team at Cozy World and are very happy we chose them. They did a great job on an A/C installation so we didn't hesitate to call them when looking for a new furnace. Their service is second to none. Boris answered my email within two hours and was here the next day reviewing our furnace requirements. We were replacing an old furnace and Boris provided us with three options. He explained each choice carefully drawing diagrams and listing the pros and cons for each. We went with the most efficient furnace and are happy we did. We noticed the difference right away. The house is now much for comfortable and the heat more evenly distributed. The installation team headed by Kham were top notch. They went above and beyond by fixing some small issues we had with our upstairs vents. They were really polite, efficient and very knowledgable. My furnace was dead at the coldest weekend this year. The temperature outside was -16, and the room was getting colder and colder. I found Cozy World Inc. online since they have a good reputation and I want a new quiet furnace with reasonable price. I call them and they came really quickly. The price was reasonable and they will help me get rebate. The second day Kam came to install new furnace and water tank for us. They did really good job. The work site was cleaned up and no unnecessary damage to my drywall. Kam even fixed my fireplace pilot when he saw me struggling with it. My new furnace is really quiet and hot water is good. They applied the rebate for me and got the warranty from manufacturer. Guys, this company offered me the best after service I ever got. I bought a new furnace unit 2 years ago. Got problem with the blowing fan ( which we do not know until the end ), they kept coming back no charge so many times to sort out the problem. Now, I am one of their happy customers. I would go back to them if I ever need anything.
