I had a lot of problems with my old carrier furnace. I decide to call many companies, and i decide to gave the project to Cozy world. This guy was the first one call me back. so They did a such a nice work with Lennox furnace. If ever need a furnace or gas I will use then again. Fred hallway follow up with me. Thanks Guys

Fred was very helpful and prompt to respond to our calls. The team was on time and replaced our furnace with no issues. Fred followed up with the installation to ensure everything was okay. He processed all the documents required for applicable rebates. Highly recommend Fred and team.

Reached out to a couple of companies after our 20-year-old furnace broke down. Boris from Cozy World was very responsive and patient. He explained in detail to us regarding mechanism of different types of furnaces and helped us choose one that is most cost-effective. His quote was very detailed and reasonable. Installation was done two days later quickly and smoothly! Boris also submitted rebate applications for us soon after. Very satisfied with Cozy World!

I contacted Cozyworld as I needed a new furance and a/c and I was reaching out to companies for quotes. Farhad came to my house and took his time explaining everything to me and provided me with a variety of options at different prices points to chose from. I decided to go with them and I'm really glad that I did. Their installers were incredibly professional and installed a new furnace, a/c and thermostat in one day and took away all the garbage and tidied the area they were working in. Farhad also provided me with all the information regarding rebates that were available to me and helped me secure these. I was incredibly happy with their work and can not recommend them highly enough. Farhad also emailed after the installation to make sure everything was working as planned and to make sure I was happy with the installation, great customer service.

Fred and the team are courteous and listen to your problems, trying to address them as best as possible with Lennox technology and the experience of their installers. 10/10 times they pick up the phone or get back to you about the missed call, very important for emergencies/issues/questions. Got the SLP98V furnace and it is quiet and heating the home well. Highly recommended

Furnace broke shortly after Christmas so needless to say it was an emergency. Called Cozy World since it had great reviews on Homestars. I spoke to Boris and he was able to come out within an hour to give a quote. Boris was wonderful. He took the time to explain in detail the different options for furnace and how they work. The price from Cozy World was very reasonable. I got a quote from the company I rent my hot water heater from and it was $1000 more and for an inferior furnace. This hot water heater company spent the entire time trying to sell me on renting the furnace (for twice the cost in the long run) instead of telling me anything about the furnace. With Cozy World I got the top of the line high efficiency Lennox furnace with a WiFi-enabled touchscreen thermostat. Boris was able to schedule replacement by next morning. Massoud and his partner came the next morning at 9 am as promised and were very courteous and professional. They told me it would take 5 hours and it took exactly that. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done. They even hooked up my existing furnace humidifier so that the humidity in my house could be controlled by my thermostat. It was some top notch installation work. I must commend those gentlemen. My family loves our new furnace. It does a better job of circulating the air around our house and there's no more endless cycles of too hot and too cold. It will also save me money in the long run with it's 98% efficiency rating and modulating mode. It works so well that we actually turn the heat lower than before and the entire house still feels warm. Afterwards Boris followed up to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He even took care of filling out the paper work to get the rebate from the government and also a rebate from Lennox saving me more money. Cozy World far exceeded my expectations and would not hesitate to recommend these guys to my friends and family.

Cozy World Inc.staff was very efficient in replacing my old furnace. Within a short time of my call, Boris (sales rep) arrived. He thoroughly explained the different types of Lennox furnaces and the work needed to be done and the reasons why.(ie.the types of pipes that were now required to replace the old pipes and the location of installation). I am very happy that the installation team ( Kam & Yashar ) was also able to come on such short notice (next morning). They were pleasant and professional and did an excellent job installing the new furnace. They took the old furnace and outdated pipes with them, leaving my place neat and clean. I appreciate Boris arranging the rebate paperwork for me. I am very happy with the job done by Cozy World Inc. and would highly recommend Cozy World Inc.. Ed S.

I phoned Cozy World in the afternoon looking to book a seasonal maintenance service call. Within an hour I had an appointment booked for that evening! Sina, the tech that was sent over was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be sure to call Cozy World for any future maintenance or new install in the future. Very impressed!
