installers are really excellent. Kam has an excellent manner and I really appreciated his suggestions and the time he took with me to answer questions. The system is great. We are getting much colder air flow when the system is on. There is much better control overall with the icomfort and new sensors. I didn't realize we would get dehumidification built into the coil as well so that's a great benefit. The ac unit is also quiet and looks fantastic. Part of the job as estimated was not required, and the company was upfront about this to save me the unnecessary cost.

Boris and his team are FANTASIC. A true pleasure to work with. Boris was able to come over immediately to quote for a Lennox AC system and installed it a few days later. He walked me through the process and explained how we've turning works. He even gave me tips on how to be more efficient and get rebates. Boris personally called me to check on his team during the installation process and emailed me a number of times after to make sure that I was happy with the work that was done. I would recommend Cozy World to anyone. Boris and his team are polite, knowledgeable and take a lot of pride in their work.

Cozy World replaced my 25 yr old furnace and AC unit (that was no longer able to cool down the house) in a single day as specified. They were prompt, cleaned up (in fact, left the work area cleaner than when they started). They explained anything I asked about and did a terrific job. No complaints from me and would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys and today is July 23, 2016 and yesterday was nearly the hottest July 22 and I'm enjoying the AC.

I called around for a couple of different quotes and Cozy World came out cheapest and also offered good service. The work was done quickly and any problems were resolved to my favour/satisfaction.

They installed our new air conditioner on the date promised and had everything done same day and were very tidy. The new unit (Lennox) is much quieter than the old unit and cools the house quickly. Thanks for a job well done.

Instead of posting a review immediately, waited almost 1 year. Often when reviews are done immediately, you wonder whether the workmanship, quality of installation, and recommendation of components are still valid when time passes. I can say that Cozy World, delivered on what they said they would then when installed (Aug 2015), and one year later. Was originally considering a high effiency furnace and high efficiency 17 SEER+ A/C, with the accompanying high cost. My old A/C unit was more than 20 years old, where I hesitated to turn on A/C due to electricity costs. With due diligence received 3 quotes, from companies all recommended on HomeStars. However, of the 3 quotes, the only quote I wanted to go with was Cozy World. On the recommendation of Farhad, money was saved. A lower SEER A/C unit, when paired with a high efficiency Lennox furnace, has their efficiency boosted. Made complete sense, to have a lower cost for a less expensive A/C unit, for greater efficiency. Strangely, none of the other companies mentioned this cost and energy efficiency savings, instead quoting me for A/C units SEER 17 and above. Purchased a Lennox 98+% efficiency, and a Lennox A/C, with SEER 14. When paired together, the efficiency of the A/C is boosted to 16 SEER. Also installed a Wifi thermostat, and MERV 11 Media Filter. Workmanship and cleanup were exemplary on day of install. Finished on time, and felt the techs who came, treated my home as if it was their own. The real benefit was seen in lower heating and cooling bills over the next year, where I would guesstimate savings between 10-15% each month, from my previous comparable bills, with some months, approaching 20% savings. All this without monitoring usage of my A/C on the hot and electricity demanding days. The other benefit was a more comfortable home, a furnace so quiet I sometimes don't realize it's on, and no more sleepless nights for the family due to uncomfortable temperatures. Thanks Cozy World for saving me money on the front end, and in years to come. I have no hesitation to recommend Cozy World to friends and family, and will be looking to them for any and all future HVAC needs.

We called Cozy World for an estimate on a specific new furnace and air conditioner unit. Their quote was reasonable and we were offered a better air conditioning unit in comparison to quotes we received from other companies. On the day of installation, Fred was on time and installation was completed in the afternoon. The guys were very clean (they tarped the floors) and took the old units away. Our AC stopped working. Called another company and they charged me $350 for maintenance and diagnostic. Their "diagnosis" was it would likely cost me $3,000 to fix my problem over a couple weeks. I paid them the $350 and never called them again. Then we found Cozy World on Homestars. Talked to Ray (Reza) and he was able to come out the next morning to check it out for an $85 fee. He put some refrigerant in for another $200 and the AC started working immediately. He said it's too hot to do a test right now (the same test Belyea wanted to charge me $900 for!) to see what caused the problem but that there would be enough gas to last the summer and to call him out for maintenance next year for $120. He even gave us tips on how to use our equipment. We are so relieved and thankful! We are never calling anyone else for our future HVAC needs. Thank you, Cozy World!

The new furnace and air conditioner are working very well, and I am very happy with it. Thank you Farhad and thank you to the two installers who did a great job. Of particular note, the installers were able to replace >10 foot exhaust pipe without removing any ceiling tiles and with very limited space on either side thanks to their ingenuity and creativity! You provide a true end-to-end quality service, - from the initial quote, to the installation, to the follow up to ensure that the warranty is in place, and checking to ensure that I am happy with my new HVAC system. I sincerely appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism that you and your workers have provided. You have given me something that money cannot buy, - peace of mind.
