I have used Cozy World to replace my aging Furnace and AC. Boris was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. He listened what I had to say and then he gave me options and his opinion what I could go with. The whole experience was very pleasant and his price was realistic. Fred who installed the units was a very knowledgeable person (he has masters in mechanical engineering) who went beyond and above to make sure that everything was done correctly and visually look good and the finished job was a pleasure to look at. He even replaced some hoses that he did not like how they looked like even though it was not part of the agreement. Fred did not leave until I was not satisfied with every part of the installation. Boris followed up next day with an email asking if everything went well and if I had any complaints. Very satisfied with the service I was provided.

Cozy World did a great job installing a new Lennox furnace and aircon system in my home in early 2015. Boris gave me very good advice beforehand. The quoted price was reasonable. They met my awkward schedule requirements. Kam handled the installation very professionally, staying through a very long day until the work was completed. He also did some good peripheral work at the same time for which I was grateful. The system works well, is saving me money and keeps the house warm or cool as needed. A remote thermostat allows me to keep an eye on the temperature in the house if I go away. My recommendation: use this firm.

Boris was fast to respond and recommended exactly what we needed, not more and not less. They delivered fast and professional service and I would use them again without hesitation!

Our 28 year old furnace broke down and after two unsuccessful attempts to repair it we called Cozy World to give us an estimate on a new furnace. Boris came and spent two hours with us, inspecting the job site and going over all of our options, including all available rebates. We chose a Lennox modulating furnace and are extremely happy with all aspects of our experience with Cozy World. Boris even filed all the rebate applications for us. The installation team of 3 was excellent. Thank you Cozy World for looking after us so well.

We hired Fred and his team to replace our aging furnace as well as clean up a mess left behind by the previous home owners and their contractors. Fred was extremely knowledgeable and was able to identify all the pitfalls we'd run into for our installing, as well as maintain all work to code. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an HVAC contractor!

Furnace stop working Friday night. Called Fred on Saturday and was here Monday morning. He fixed the issue and now the house is warm again. My existing furnace and air condition is 21 years old. It has a major issues about the control board(or what is called by the repairman from direct energy) two months ago. I started to shop around for the new furnace. I got quoted from about 5 companies / contractors , such as direct energy ( enercare now?), Costco Lennox dealer and Cozy world. I narrowed down the brand / model to Lennox / SPL98 or EL296V. Farhad from Cozy world provided the best combination for my need. He is the only person to mention my new exhaust and intake pipeline for furnace can not close to my existing HRV intake/exhaust hole. He strongly suggest me to replace AC as well because it is much easy and low cost to replace Coil at the same time. He provide the most competitive package for the whole system. furnace + A/C + thermostat + 5 inch filter and humidifier. When I have question about warranty / Coil selection. Farhad always reply my email or call me when he is available. very good communication. The installation is done by Kam and another guy. They came around 8:00 AM and left about 3PM. They did everything cleanly and professionally. For the furnace the SPL98 works much quieter than my aged 1-stage furnace. I really like the iComfort S30. It look like a ipad mini. And you can use it remotely. I would like to update my review for A/C when next summer coming.

We had a new furnace and air conditioning system installed two years ago by Fred at Cozy World, and we are very happy with it. I woke up to a furnace issue one December morning, and phoned Fred just after 7:30 am. He answered, which was impressive for that time of the day. He talked me through a couple of potential quick solutions, and when that didn't work, he was at my house by 9:30 am to identify the problem, and back with parts later that morning. Trust your heating and cooling needs to Cozy World, you won't regret it.

I was so impressed with the service that this company provided. They arrived on time and did a great job. I was glad that they left my place nice and neat after this big project. Also, the people at this company are professional and very polite.
