I called Fred when I was having issues with my furnace last winter. He helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and walked me step by step through to resolution. So this year when I was thinking of replacing the unit I called Fred along with a bunch of other companies on HomeStars to come out and provide quotes. Fred was the only one who kept our original appointment and showed up on time. Everything was explained simply and Fred did not push the most expensive option. The job was done on time for the price quoted and with no detail missed. An added bonus, all the rebates were completed and warranties registered on our behalf. If your looking for HVAC work to be done give these guys a call.

The original Lennox furnace and AC in my house were over 25 years old but were still working. With ever increasing hydro and gas rates, I needed to change to today's high-efficiency units, and found Cozy World, a premier Lennox dealer in my local community. Farhad (aka Fred) provided us with various combinations of furnace/ac models that are suitable for the size of my house, and he took time to explain cost/benefit tradeoffs. Farhad sent us a professional estimate shortly after we decided on the equipment models. It listed complete model identifications of equipment to be supplied, and more importantly, the ARI Reference Number corresponding to the selected equipment. This number defines the attainable cooling efficiency of the AC. On installation day, Kam and his assistant arrived on time and proceeded to efficiently dismantle the old equipment and put the new ones in place. Kam is a very experienced HVAC technician. His work is clean and precise. In addition to knowing what they are doing, this team is friendly and courteous. I'd like to add that Farhad is a man of his words. There was a discrepancy with the AC unit between what was shipped from Lennox and what we had discussed and agreed upon. Farhad offered to make it right and even drove way outside of GTA to get the replacement unit for installation on the same day. In short, Cozy World has delivered exemplary customer service on this job. I will have no hesitation to recommend them to my friends.

We needed a new furnace for awhile, and the Cozy World people were fantastic- walked me through everything they said they had to do, then talked about what they could/recommend me to do. They were polite and professional all the way. The installation team did an excellent job and left the house clean and tidy- you wouldn't even have known anyone was there. They even continue to follow up with me to see how everything's going, and were very helpful filling out rebate paperwork. I would happily use them again in the future.

we have 5 years old York furnace broken down (which had 10 years parts warranty). Several company did diagnosis. No one guarantee it can be fix. After 2 weeks struggle with cold weather, we decide to get new furnace. I found Cozy World from HomeStars. Co-owner Farhad answer the call promptly and came over with different options. His knowledge and professional manner was so impressive. The installers were polite and focus. Farhad stopped in to make sure everything was OK. When finish the installation. they cleaned the working area better than before. Lennox furnace was much quiet than York. We are so happy with their work. We highly recommend to anyone. I can't say enough good things about Cozy World. Right from the start, they clearly and honestly walked us through the options for our house and let us know what would be best (price aside). Found myself shopping for a new furnace and from the first phone call to Boris Sherman to the completion of my new furnace I was SO IMPRESSED. Boris was very honest with me, always returned my calls to answer any questions I may have forgotten to ask and followed up on me when the job was done. The workers were professional, clean and showed up when they said they would..actually they were early.

When my wife and I moved into our home recently, we knew we needed to replace our furnace right away. After reviewing our options, we decided to go with Cozy World. I’m so happy we decided to work with them; they were very knowledgable, informative and thorough. Farhad came by to assess our house and went through all the details with us and gave us a step-by-step break down of what we needed to do. We were also faced with a challenge regarding our water heater which we previously had replaced by Enercare. We were unhappy with the service provided as they vented it in the wrong place. We brought this to Farhad’s attention and he ensured that his team could address our problem. He sent two of his very skilled workers to replace our furnace and fix our water heater at the same time and they did a great job! Farhad was always available to answer our questions and was patient and very helpful. His workers were extremely efficient and hard working. We are now considering asking them to install a Nest Thermostat for us as well. I would strongly recommend Cozy World if you’re looking to replace your furnace or upgrade your HVAC system for a competitive price and with a minimum of fuss. This was definitely the best service experience we’ve had with our new (older) house so far!

I heard about Cozy World while browsing in the Web serching for furnace contractors, I checked the review about the company and gave them a call and met with the owener "Ferhad" whoc came to my house and explored the area for installation and submitted a competitive bid for a Lennox furnace and air conditioner, their installtion crew led by "Kam" have shown on the day and time agreed, carried the job in a very smooth and professional manner and in a record time, very friendly and knowledgable people. I will for sure recommend this company, thanks Ferhad, Kam and team for an excellent work
