    New Furnace and AC

    From the initial quote to the final follow ups on rebates, we had a very positive experience with cozy world. Boris came out to give the quote and presented me with many different options from single stage to fully modulating furnaces. He explained the differences. He inspected all the old equipment and seemed very knowledgeable. Fred and another installer whose name I forgot came in a week later to install the equipment. They did everything in the pouring rain including the AC. They kept the house clean and finished late in the evening. Fred came back a few days later to fix the humidifier as well. Boris filed the rebates a few days after that. The house is nice and warm now and am looking forward to lower heating bills this winter. Thanks Cozy World.

    Furnace

    Boris and his team did a great job. They delivered on time and in a professional manner. I would hire them again which is always the most important question. They delivered great value for money spent. They have my confidence. JH - Toronto

    HVAC - furnance and a/c system

    These guys are first rate in every way. I would hire them again. They are professional, courteous, and provide great service before, during, and after the installation. They did a great job installing our system.

    Two furnaces and two air conditioners

    During the initial inspection/assessment on the work, Farhad explained very clear on what will be done. The crew showed up on time and their workmanship was excellent. We are extremely pleased with the timeliness, professionalism and quality of the installation made two weeks ago. We highly recommend.

    Furnace & Air Con Installation

    Farhad and his guys did a great job installing the furnace and air con and explaining what they were going to do and how it worked. They were very diligent, punctual, polite, friendly, clean and neat in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    HVAC System

    Cozy World was professional, fast and efficient. They explained what they did and charged us a fair price. And they inputted all of our warranty information for us. I would work with them again without hesitation.

    Furnace Replacement

    I purchased a new furnace from Cozy World and had them install it a while back. Very happy with the level of professionalism and promptness in which everything was installed. The price was also much cheaper than other retailers. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

    Furnace installation

    Boris is very professional and honest. Unlike many others he Spent the time to understand what we needed and got us that. We love the furnace and the service and installation was excellent. Im glad i did my research and selected cozy world.

    new furnace , AC and moving water heater

    Farhad had given me the best of six quotes and kept his word for the rebates. The two men who came to put in the funace and ac arrived at 1045 am and didn't finish until 9pm. Hard working and a great job. I am sure that I have an efficient and warm house now

    Furnace and A/C replacement

    I live in a rather bigger home than is normally out there so I knew I was going to be paying much more for a complete hvac replacement.This was going to be a big expenditure on my part so I did a ton of research. So I was looking for a company that would sized the hvac units properly , figure out all the install issues beforehand as best as one could reasonably expect, work with any of my concerns/issues I brought up and in business like, professional, honest and timely manner. Boris and Kam did all that and more. From the initial prompt 2 hour long detailed free quote by Boris to the very professional install by Kam and his assistant, to the all the paperwork completed by Boris for the rebates you pretty well cannot ask for any more. Now lets see how well this unit stands the test of time.
