When my furnace stopped working about a week ago I called Cozy World and scheduled an appointment for the next morning (which was more convenient for me). Fred gave me a call that morning to let me know when he would be at the house and he arrived as scheduled. My furnace is 20+ years old and is due for replacement however I let Fred know that I am planning a major home renovation and need to get another year or so out of this furnace. He opened up the front panel, took a look and was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes (thermocouple). He didn't have a replacement part on hand so went out to purchase it and was back very quickly to replace the part. The service level of the company was excellent and I will be calling Cozy World for my future furnace and water heater needs.

We selected Boris from Cozy World because of the exceptionally high ratings his company has received from others. We were not disappointed. In fact, from the very beginning, we found Boris both friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and fair. The workmen were exceptionally polite and professional. What impressed us the most was when we asked Boris to arrange for a technician to return, after the installation was complete, to connect a Nest thermostat up to the furnace. Once again, Boris committed to a date and the job was done on time and to 100% satisfaction. There was no extra charge for this. I highly recommend Cozy World. It was a pleasure dealing with the company. Thank you Boris, Kam and Chris.

A few weeks ago, our water heater broke down and needed to be replaced. I called around for some estimates after we decided to buy one rather than continue renting from Direct Energy. Cozy World provided the best price. And they were able to install a new tank and upgraded vent pipes the next day. Fred purchased and delivered the tank. And the installation was done by Kam and his assistant (sorry, didn't get his name). They did a professional job from start to finish. And Fred even did us the favour of delivering the old water heater to one of Direct Energy's depots. That was much appreciated. Great job overall by Cozy World. Thanks again Fred and Kam.

We just purchased a Lennox furnace from Farhad. He explained everything well and was very professional. The installation of the furnace went well - it was done within the timelines given and the installers were very nice and did a good, clean job. I trust Farhad and his team and would recommend Cozy World Inc. to others.

We recently moved into a new house in Toronto and one of our priorities was to replace the old furnace. We got several quotes from different companies, but Boris stood out from the rest of the pack because he was by far and away the most knowledgable, courteous, and common-sense person we met through the process. When he came over, he took a thorough inspection of the current situation and set-up, and he took the time to explain everything he was looking at and why he was doing so (i.e, joists for venting, air supply, drainage, etc.). He even gave me some really good common-sense advice about plumbing and drainage for the new furnace and in general. His original quote was for a very good Lennox model, but I wanted to look at model that was one grade above it. Boris took the time to call me back and explain the differences and pros and cons, and in fact, he actually suggested that I go with the less expensive model because it would suit my needs just fine…. He actually tried to "down-sell" me when every other guy tried to up-sell!!! One of the best things about Boris is that he answers all your questions truthfully, knowledgeably and honestly, and he gives you all the information you need to make an informed decision. I can't say enough great things about the man! On installation day, Kam and his team came over at he scheduled time. Kam was also another great guy! Like Boris, he did a review of the site and job, and explained to me what they were about to do and the approximate time. Kam also took the time to listen to my needs and concerns regarding placement of the exhaust vent, and he made sure to find an appropriate joist to go through. Any time I had a question about what was next or what they were doing, Kam was always happy to explain things, which made me feel really good about everything. Kam and his team were top notch, did everything well and cleaned up nicely! You can tell that these men take pride in their work and in doing a good job, which makes me (as the customer) feel really good about the work being done. And as a non-technical guy, it gives me a great deal of confidence in the overall job and workmanship. I almost wish that I needed to buy another furnace so that I could give Cozy World more business!

My furnace wasn't working and Farad came over and checked it out. He arrived at the time he said he would be and the work was done efficiently & effectively. Thank you Farad you will be my go to person for furnaces and air from now on.

I woke up one morning and my furnace was not working. I emailed Cozy World and within 2 hours they called me and scheduled an appointment for an hour later. Very fast turn around time! Fred came in and was extremely knowledgeable. He found the issue within 10 minutes (fault ignitor) and quickly replaced it. Very good service from Fred. I highly recommend Cozy World.

Boris and Fred are an excellent team. We realized on the coldest days of this winter that the furnace in our recently purchased home was not up to snuff. I called Cozy World and a few other companies after reading all the reviews online. Compared to the other three companies, we felt most comfortable with Boris who was quite knowledgeable, puntual and concerned about our then six week old baby. He did not try to upsell and made sure we understood what our initial issue was along with options for rectifying them. We made the right choice with Cozy World and got a clean and professional installation and have been warm since. We got a Lennox furnace with variable speed, a new exhaust line and a humidifier all for a very good price. Thank you Fred and Boris

I had Fred at my house after I got an estimate from another company for 2500 dollars TO FIX my furnace . Fred checked everything and told me it would cost me 800 dollars to fix my furnace but its for me to change the furnace because other things would break later on . I took his advise and bought my self a new Lennox elite furnace this furnace is 3 times quieter than my old furnace its my efficient I am very happy with the service from cozy world inc I recommend cozy world inc to all my friends and families

My furnace broke in the middle of the night on Friday night. I started looking for a hotel room because I thought I would be without heat for the whole weekend . I started looknig online I came across this website HOMESTARS and I called the first company . and let me tell you I will use homestars from now on anytime i need a contractor Farhad was able to find the problem over the phone he was at my house within half an hour and fixed my furnace, Great workmanship great customer service .. thanks Farhad
