Our Furnace was 20 years old and I did not wanted to take a chance to have a breakdown in the middle of winter. Out of the many suppliers and options we did look at, Boris took the time to look in details our needs and did not try to sell us the most expensive furnace but the most appropriate for our heating and cooling needs. The installation was done by Kam and his team and they did a fantastic job on every aspect. Furnace and AC replacement is a big investment, but I'm positive that we made the right choice with Cozy World and would recommend them to anybody.

Had a great experience with Boris from Cozy World. I have a home with an oil furnace and I was looking to replace it with gas. He showed up promptly to provide me with a reasonable quote and explained everything. Such as -how the furnace room is small, so he had to put the furnace on a box and circulate the air from below -who to contact to professionally remove the oil tank and get a certificate of removal -how to get Enbridge to come and run gas to the home -arranging final inspection from Enbridge to turn on the gas to the home I had some issues with Enbridge and the work they contracted out to Linkline about the outside gas meter install location. Eventually several calls to both companies resolved that with Boris' help and advice. I also got my A/C replaced. Coincidentally, my parent's ~25 year old home furnace broke down the the middle of winter, just before he got a chance to do the job at my home (I was waiting for Enbridge to run a gas line). I called up Boris and he showed up that evening to investigate and in two days had someone there in the morning to replace the furnace. Price below is just for A/C and Furnace replacement at my home including tax.

I recently purchased a Lennox furnace From Farhad, He did not try to over sell me he scheduled right the next day because I had no heat, the installers were really great, they did a very neat and clean job I recommend Cozy World Inc. to everyone ..

Great cost effective service. Farhad was punctual, mannerable, knowledgeable, and attentive to our concerns. He gave great advice on the maintenance of the furnace. We will definitely use his service again.

I was looking for a whole home humidifier because the air was just too dry. The humidity was only 27% in the home which is way too low. I shopped around but could not find a humidifier where it was easy to find replacement filter pads. I called Cozy World and Fred offered a Honeywell model at a very reasonable price. It was also very easy to find replacement filters for it. I made the appointment for Monday morning. Fred arrived on time and installed the unit beautifully within an hour or so. It took about one week but now the humidity is at 40% which is what I wanted it to be. I highly recommend Cozy World.

When I contacted Boris on January 21, 2014(our last real severe cold snap) asking for his advice on the fact that the temperature of my home was not being able to acheive the thermostat setpoint on very cold nights(It had happened once before in December 2013, but not consistently), and gave him some furnace diagnostic information and sent a picture, he had Farhad come over within 24 hours to check things out, and prepared to fix what was wrong. The furnace had been installed almost 4 years earlier by Cozy World, and I hadn't experienced any problems with it until December 2013. As soon as Farhad arrived, he opened up the furnace, and replaced some of the components related to the trouble code that was identified. Within 30 minutes, he was done, and the furnace was re-started, and haven't had an issue for the last 3 weeks, even though it has been quite cold since then. Great work and thanks for the quick and effective warranty service to both Boris and Farhad!

On January 23 our old furnace gave up on us.A friend of mine referred me to Boris Sherman of Cozy World Inc.He came to my house punctually at 4 pm.He was very knowledgeable and helpful,He explained the different systems very well and what was most suitable for my home.So the very next day, Kam and Chris came over to install the new furnace,very professional friendly and courteous.they left the place the way they found.I am very very happy and satisfied!!!The very next day Boris called to ask how it wen't.I recommend this company with great pleasure!!!

It's all true - these guys are amazing! When our furnace "died" we started the process of getting quotes. There was no comparison. Fred and his crew were true professionals from start to finish. Fred was kind enough to make some really good suggestions that saved us time and money. I few months later the water heater went too. I called Fred and even though the lights had gone out in most of the city during that time and this is not their core business he was able to go out of his way to assist us and replaced the water heater within a few days. Thank you!

I can only reiterate the high compliments that have been paid to Boris and CozyWorld by countless reviewers before me. Boris is often described as a 'gentleman' and this is the perfect description - he is a wonderful, courteous, calm and forthright gentleman with great integrity - you will not find any attempts here to 'upsell' you to a bigger or more expensive furnace you don't need. If only all contractors were like Cozy World - what a pleasure to deal with. We replaced our 29-year-old furnace with a Goodman 96% efficiency, variable-speed (DC) motor, 45,000 BTU furnace. The Goodman furnaces come with great parts & labour warranties but we asked to purchase an additional 5-year Labour warranty (for a total of 10 years) ($120) for our own peace of mind. Cozy also installed a chimney liner for safety reasons - to ensure that carbon monoxide exhaust from the hot-water heater doesn't fall back into the house due to a cold chimney - as the new furnace is direct-vented, it no longer uses the chimney (which used to be kept warm by the old furnace exhaust.) The old (enormous) furnace was also removed and disposed of. The installers, Kam and his assistant, were oustanding examples of hard workers - efficient, tireless, quite expert in their installation, and left everything very neat and tidy. They were also, like Boris, the epitome of courteous. This company really has a wonderful way of treating customers that other professionals could learn from. I unequivocally recommend Cozy World.

We would like to recommend Farhad of Cozy World Inc. for providing us prompt service but mainly for being professional, reliable, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Even though the company sent the wrong heat exchanger, he did not just make us wait; instead he fixed the unit and dealt with returning the wrong heat exchanger. A pleasure to deal with him.
