Great repair call experience. I call Cozy early morning Fred pickup the call I explained to him the symptoms and he quoted me the cost over the phone and ran to my place and got my furnace fixed in 15 mins. The thing i like with Cozy they are honest and professional.

Canadian nightmare. No heat on a -20 C day. Luckily; the fireplace kept the house warm enough overnight not to freeze. Fred came first thing on a Saturday morning with short notice.. Quick diagnosis; courteous, honest opinions and professional repairs at a reasonable price. For HVAC repairs; you want a skilled professional and it's obvious that Fred knows what he's doing. Will be recommending his services to friends and family.

My furnace did not sound too good last night, and by the morning it was not working at all. As usual I popped on Homestars and Cozy World stood out because of their fantastic reviews. I now know why. I called the number and explained the symptoms and Fred knew the problem right away. He came on time, fixed it very quickly at a reasonable cost and was a pleasure to talk to. Our 15 year old furnace stopped working recently - of course, in the middle of winter. I called 3 companies to come out and give a quote on a replacement. I gave the work to Cozy World. The costs were very reasonable - not suspiciously low. Boris came out the same day I called to do the estimate. He was very thorough, knowledgable and made some very helpful suggestions. The other two companies, one being a very large one (you can guess which one) were not as helpful and even tried to sell me a lesser model for $1500 more than Cozy World. Boris had his guys come out and install the furnace two days later. They were very professional and very helpful whenever I had any questions. We now have a very warm and cozy home thanks to them. Don't be fooled by large companies trying to sell you service plans and packages. They have a ton of overhead and it'll come out of your pocket. Stick with a good, local business like Cozy World.

I had my first experience with Fred before I even used his services to replace my old furnace. When my old furnace didn't seem to be working i phoned Fred to ask if he could come to the house to take a look at what might be wrong. Fred spent over half an hour on the phone with me that morning to correct the problem. I knew right there and then that if I needed to replace my furnace I would definitely be using his company. A month or so later my wife and I decided to change our furnace as it was over 18 years old and on it's last legs. The entire process with Fred from start to finish was as good as it comes. His team was extremely professional and clean. His consultation meeting was extremely thorough and gave my wife and I a great deal of comfort in the choice we had made. He followed up with a visit to the house to correct all of the heating and duct problems I was having separately from my furnace issues. He even then came back a third time to help me fix my grills and dampers so that the heat distribution in my home was as improved as possible. If you are in need of a new furnace or a repair to your existing one you cannot go wrong with Fred. Pretty hard these days to come by a reliable high-quality tradesperson. Fred is definitely one of those diamonds in the rough.

My furnace stopped working suddenly in the middle of winter and Fred responded immediately. He couldn't get to my house until the following day but he spent 20mins on the phone with me to see if we could get it started again. He called several times the next day with exact information on where he was and when he would be able to get to me. He was very knowledgeable and as soon as he arrived he found the problem. It was a plumbing issue but he stayed to explain to me what I needed to do and arranged a temporary fix until the plumber could reroute my hose. I would highly recommend Fred and will definitely use him again in the future.

It was time to replace our 18 year old furnace. We called Cozy World and Boris came to our home and provided a quote on a new furnace. We had contacted a couple of other furnace providers but decided to go with Cozy World. We were comfortable with the advice given to us by Boris and appreciated the amount of time he spent with us. We've had our new furnace for a couple of months now and we are very happy with our decision.

My mother in law asked me to look for a furnace company for her as her furnace stopped producing heat a few days ago. I called a few companies including Cozy World and a second one listed on this website ( will not mention their company name). The other company on this website sent a contractor who stayed for 10 minutes and told my mother in law that her furnace is broken and quoted her $6000 for a new furnace. Boris from Cozy World came in shortly after. What a gentleman this man is. He inspected the issue in more detail, stayed for nearly one hour and advised that there is nothing wrong with the furnace but rather the air circulation was being blocked. He managed to unblock the air circulation and an hour later the heat in the house was reinstated. There was nothing wrong with the furnace !!! Boris is an honest man, a professional and will be our family's go to guy. Other companies, including the other company on this website (whom by the way was advertising about their integrity on CP 24) tried talking us into buying a new furnace in ten minutes when all that was needed was some maintenance work. If you are looking for an honest and professional furnace contractor, call Boris. If all the contractors out there were like you, the world would be a much better place. Cozy World has earned our respect and full loyalty.

Over the Christmas break, our furnace stopped working on one I the coldest days and had called Fred after being told by another that I would have to change my furnace. Fred was punctual and came the very same day. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and was out. The confidence and preciseness was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Cozy World Inc to anyone in need. Here's to a job well done!
