If you're wondering why Cozy World has so many positive reviews on Homestars, stop thinking and pick up the phone and book an appointment. The reason is simple enough: they are THAT good. The communication with Boris was flawless. He came over for a site visit and answered all my questions. There were zero pressure tactics afterwards, even though it took me over three months since the first site visit to commit to the job. Boris sent his team of guys to do the actual work. Kam and the rest of the crew showed up at 9am and didn't leave until 8pm. Hard-working, courteous, professional, honest, punctual. What more can one ask for?

My AC was down during the hottest week in recent memory and Fred was willing to come in at the end of the day on a same day call. The problem was not clear and despite the extreme heat, Fred and his assistant were patient and willing to try a few different avenues until it was resolved. And they took off their shoes in the house! Knowledgeable and dedicated. Highly recommended!

Our AC Stopped completely 3 nights ago, our house inside temperature reached up to 30 degree next day I found majestic indoor air on homestars website I called Fred picked up the phone he scheduled me for the evening my problem was the thermostat he put a new one and our house was nice and cool at night .thanks again Fred

My a/c unit stopped working recently - I had Boris (who did not install it, but did do my furnace 18 months ago) come and take a look at it. He saw that it was not the unit or the furnace, but likely a thermostat issue. Whether I get a new a/c unit now or later, I will be going through him and Cozy World. He is honest and fair - it is nice to see they post their prices for the units and labour on their website, rather than charge different people difference prices.

Cozy World installed A/C at my place 7 years ago. I chose the unit recommended by Boris (the boss) and never regret. It has been working all these years with a very few problems. And when I need help, Boris and a team are always there, even at night time, very professional and knowledgeable. Truly recommended.

My furnace needed to be replaced due to the recent storm in Toronto and as a result, a sewer water backup flood in my basement .My central air conditioner was not functioning and the weather was getting hotter each day. I called Boris, who had originally installed the furnace system a few years ago. The next morning, he sent his wonderful installer Kam (and his assistant), and within a 3 hours my new furnace was installed and the air conditioner up and running. My house is now cool and I cannot thank Boris enough for his timely response to my problem. He was kind, compassionate and efficient.

Fred and his assistant arrived promptly at the pre-arranged time. He was very knowledgable about our system, and saved us a bit of money through some creative suggestions about the installation. He worked neatly and efficiently, and finished the job on time. We would highly recommend Fred for any heating and air conditioning issue one might have.

After, doing my research & having a number of 'HomeStars' recommended HVAC companies come to my home for estimates, I chose to purchase from Majestic Indoor Air. This was not an easy decision, since I was making a major purchase of 3 products & all the estimates were about the same price. So what sealed the deal? Ultimately, I was most impressed with Fred's product & installation knowledge & his ability to communicate in a manner that I was able to understand the total process & benefits to my home. The job, itself surpassed my expectations. Fred & Chis arrived at the set time, worked diligently on the project, finishing in less than the estimated time & left the premises in a clean & orderly fashion. Upon completion, Fred then proceeded to go over the installation with me where he pointed out the changes made to accommodate the new system, explained the warranties & provided maintenance instructions. The next day to my surprise, I received a follow up call from Fred checking in on how the new AC was working! Overall, I can't say enough about Fred's professionalism, workmanship & customer service. There is no doubt in my mind that I made the 'right decision' when I chose Majestic Indoor Air. I would not hesitate to recommend Fred to other consumers in the need of his services. Thanks Fred!!
