I called Fred when we were very devastated when our AC stopped working on a very hot day with two small children, Fred was prompt to answer my call he showed up on the time window he gave me he found the problem quickly and fixed the problem for very fair amount of money, I am very grateful to get know Fred and I will recommend him to all my friends and family who are in needs of good service man ,.

Fred has been great with assisting in the maintenance and repair of our furnace. He is very honest and upfront. We intend to call on Fred if any issues arise with our HVAC unit. Price was very reasonable and punctuality was perfect. Fred, you're the best!

Fred was extremely helpful on the phone when I called him to help with problem solving for an issues with cigarrette smoke from our neighbours we were smelling when our AC unit was turned on. He spent 20 min on the phone helping to sort out air pressure problems in our house. Later when our unit was clearly malfunctioning, we called him back to give an assessment. He was very honest with our options, and gave us a range of options to consider, all very valid. In the end we decided to purchase a new unit from him, which he installed quickly and professionally. He later called back to make sure that everything was working, and to remind us to register the warrantee. We found him to be very professional, knowledgable, polite and competent. We would highly recommend him. He is a true diagnostician, and seems to enjoy trying to solve problems honestly.

Fred and Chris are extremely good in their field. Fred a true gentleman, arrived on time; reviewed the requirement and made his recommendations later on same day he emailed me firm quoted price. He talked me into getting a smaller unit when other companies were trying to sell larger more expensive units. The installation was made in May 2013 and I have waited until we received this extreme 36 degree July weather to properly assess the Goodman A/C and I couldn't ask for a better cooling system.

I had Cozy World install my AC and Furnace two years back. Their service was excellent. I had recently used their service to install AC/Furnace at my parents place. I would recommend them to all my family and friends. Keep up the good work and good service Cozy World!

Had Fred come in to replace rented gas water heater with a purchased water heater. Also ran a gas line for a new BBQ. Fred was great! Stuck to our appointed time and knew what he was doing and was reasonably priced.

Fred arrived on time and was very friendly.. He set us up with our new AC in 4 hours and was very reasonably priced. He neatly arranged the AC lines around our house. He answered all our questions. He did my neighbors Furnace and Air Conditioner and they too were very happy. Great Job. Great Price.

We got a couple of quotes for a new air conditioner as ours was on its last legs. Majestic's quote was far better than the competition. The advice we received was in our best interest - they could have easily sold us a 14.5 SEER, but they told us that the cost savings would be really minimal. Majestic came on site the same day to inspect, and sent over a quote that evening as promised. They came the very next day, and installed the unit. They noticed that there were a bunch of open vents in the basement and closed them up for us so that we'd get more AC throughout the rest of the house, where it was really needed. The guys even swept up after themselves. I'd recommend Majestic to anyone! Great service and honest advice!

After a bad dealings with another high rated homestars heating and cooling company we contacted majestic indoor air truly deserving of a 10/10 rating. They are very professional . When it came to scheduling the installation they were very flexible and came out the next day. The workmanship was very good and they cleaned up after themselves. I would strongly recommend Majestic

Our air conditioner was not cooling. I talked to Boris and he asked a few questions about the unit, like was the fan moving or the unit making noise. I went out side to check and found there was no noise or movement. He suggested checking the breaker inside. Sure enough that is what it was, he said it may or may not happen again. I am very grateful that Boris took the time out of his busy day to help me over the phone and saved me the cost of the service call! I will definitely call cozy world again and would highly recommend them.
