We found David on your site in August 2006. He had 4 excellent reviews, so we hired him to replace bathroom tiles and were very happy with his work. When we decided to renovate our kitchen we knew we wanted to have David do the job. He gave us a reasonable quote, helped us buy and transport all the material, removed our old kitchen cabinets and tile, and installed the new floor tile and backsplash. Even though he worked fast, the quality of his work was excellent. He was careful not to create too much mess. He was flexible with his time and worked with us to coordinate his work with the installation of new kitchen cabinets and countertop. In short, if you are looking for the top quality tile installer, DAVID IS YOUR MAN.

We asked David to come into our home and do a kitchen back-splash for my wife and I. David did an excellent job! The wife absolutely loves it! And has made her very very happy!) (Put me in the good books for a while). I can't believe what a difference it has made to the look of our kitchen. THE MAN, is a perfectionist! Absolutely flawless job and very clean. I found David through this site and decided to contact him after seeing all of his positive reviews. David certainly lived up to the hype. He is a true professional and craftsman. I have an old home with very uneven floors. Despite the job being more work than anticipated (levelling the floor was a big job) David did what it took to get the job done properly and as quickly as possible. Dave is a hard worker and a courteous and friendly guy. I would not hestitate to recommend him to others or to use him again myself for any future tiling projects.

David was very professional and did an excellent job of our backsplash... he even spent some time with my husband to help problem solve on how to manage the hood fan. He spent the time to get the job done in a very clean, efficient manner. I would highly recommend David...can you believe he even called several weeks later to ensure that all was to my satisfaction. We moved into a new home, and have leveraged many contractors and he is one of the best experiences we've had. Make a difference to your kitchen ........ with a backsplash and hire David!

I had my kitchen floor tiled with polished porcerlain with another company. They did a really poor job grouting the tiles, and I was very upset. I didn't know what to do next, so I went to homestars to find some tiling experts. I called David based on the good reviews, to see if he would be able to fix the problem. I explained the problem to him, and he gave me some really good advice on how I should approach my contractor to get the problem resolved. He even offered to drop by to take a look if I have no luck following up with the contractor. Following his advice, I was able to get my contractor to fix the grouts, and all is good now. David is willing to spend time with on a tiling job that he did not do (for free!), so I'm confident he is the man to go to for any tiling job! I'll definitely call you when I need to do my tiles!

David tiled the hallway, kitchen, laundry and powder room of the main level of our home! He is a one man show and thoroughly impressed us with how diligent, meticulous and clean he kept the job site. David removed all the old flooring and provided some much needed guidance when we discovered a leak by one of our windows. He was also able to source the tile and all the materials at a great price! The tile job is just beautiful and David's friendly disposition made the experience a pleasure. If you're looking for a trustworthy, quality tiler, David is your man!

David installed glass backsplash in our kitchen and master washroom. His work was very professional and he was conscientious about keeping his work station clean. David also gave a lot of helpful suggestions which we used to maintain the look of the tiles. He is friendly and very approachable, I would recommend his work to anyone.

The job was tiling the floor of a small bathroom in an old house without a straight line to be found. David did an exceptional job and came up with useful suggestions to deal with some problems that were discovered when the old floor was removed. Very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use David again. Great Job!

David is an excellent contractor to work with. He gave us a very competitive quote and didn't charge extra for the little things like installing the baseboard or finding and purchasing a drain cover that would work with our floor drain. The laundry room is in the basement and has the furnace, washer/dryer and waterheater so there was extra work in tiling around the furnace and waterheater and hauling the washer and dryer in and out of the room. At every step of the way - giving us a competitive quote, managing the project with minimal disruption, quality of the final work product - David delivered. We couldn't be happier.

Like others, I found David through this site. I have had experiences with many contractors over the years, and David truly exemplifies what a professional is all about. He takes pride in his work, and offers suggestions to give you options for materials and alternate designs based on his experiences. I recently renovated a 3pc bathroom w/shower stall in my basement. David prepared the shower stall area very well to reduce the chance of moisture problems down the road. He does not rush his work, and only works one job at a time. He is good to communicate where he is comfortable with any of the job tasks, and where it may fall outside of his skills/experience. Too many contractors are willing to take on work they know nothing about! I am definitely glad I came across the Homestars site, and was able to find David. I would have no hesitation to recommend David as a solid, honest and reliable contractor for his tiling work.
