Alex, thank you for the professional job you have done from start to end. Your carpenter, Craig worked 3 full days consecutively, completed the job, and cleaned up. Alex was always professional and showed up on time. I called most of the higher ranking companies on homestars. His quote for the project was VERY competitive but his positive attitude made his company the easy choice. His carpenter was very talented, professional, extremely hardworking, and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done a few days early! (Less then half the time quoted by other companies!!) I'm extremely happy with all the work they've done! To anyone looking for a quality deck at a fair price. Alex will give you his best price upfront and honestly and has the integrity to stick to that price. I wish I'd called Delta Decks FIRST!!

Alex and his team are professionals in every way not to mention extremely flexible and friendly. I would not hesisate to work with them again on any project. Work was done very well and exeeded expectations. I would reccoment to anyone who needs a deck built.

Delta decks did a good job building our fence, we are very happy with the final result. They made a few mistakes but were able to make corrections so they are not noticeable. The price was exactly what the estimate was, and they finished the project in a reasonable amount of time. I wasn't always able to communicate with Alex(owner) when we ran into issues, he wasn't available at times. I would use them again. There workmanship is superb!

This summer Delta Decks did ipe deck for our backyard. First of all, they have the best design team in town. You can see their projects on their website. When you become their client they'll give you a registered access and you'll be able to see many more completed projects. We were especially impressed by the variety of private screens (must see!). Second, they submitted a quote not as a simple one-page document, but 15 pages document that included long professional description of the project parts, schedule of each step to be completed, 3-D design (I'm attaching it to the review), drawings and detailed price quote on several options. We did not have to ask what should be done next, we had it in writing. Third, the price tag was very competitive considering the material and the workmanship. Forth, when they discovered that our soil was extremely hard to work with the price did not go up. Fifth, they did everything in time, according to the budget and timeline. Their team was very friendly and knowledgeable. They dealt with the inspections (you have to have at least two or more inspections if you're doing works like that) by themselves. We really enjoyed working with Delta Decks and were very happy about the deck. If you want to see it ask Alex to show ours.

Highly recommend Alex and his team. We went to his storeto look at samples, and were treated professionally by everyone that we omteracted with. Alex provided multiple revisions of 3-D images for us as we worked with him on what we wanted to do. He was prompt, courteous and professional.

We were replacing a deck on our newly purchased house and wanted to get the deck done over the Winter so it would be ready for us in the Spring. Interviewed 3 contractors, including Delta Decks. Quote was very detailed and the price was comparable to the other quotes. Alex was very helpful and provided a couple of good ideas that we ended up incorporating in to the design. Construction got started in early December. The old deck came down in a day and the footings for the new deck were started. Things didn't go quite as quickly as we all hoped as the city had a pretty bad Winter, but Alex and team were great. They stuck with it (between major blizzards) and the deck was complete in early February. The site was cleaned up nicely, with hardly a trace that there'd been a construction team there. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job. Everyone who comes over raves about the deck. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Delta Decks.

Alex, the owner was professional in all areas. He showed up for the quote, wrote a professional, detailed quote and came by to inspect the job as it went along. Alex, the carpenter assigned to work on the job was efficient, neat and quick. We received many ranging quotes. Delta was the most expensive but as they say you get what you pay for. Was dreading the thought of such a project, but was effortless. Recommend highly.

Could not imagine how Delta Decks could have done a better job. It was an absolute 10. Alex, the owner and customer service rep, was thorough, honest, and everything he said would get done, was done as discussed, on time, and on the money. I did not compare prices on our job, but I definately felt that the price charged was fair and reasonable. His crew were very professional. Pleasant, skilled, and kept a clean and tidy worksite. It was a real pleasure to work with Delta Decks, which in fact I found on Homestars, so praises to them both.

Alex of Delta Decks made an immediate good impression -- he was efficient and punctual in providing an estimate and helpful in figuring out the appropriate design for each deck. He provided helpful (and attractive) drawings and elevations along with the quotes and immediately made changes and adjustments as required. The workers were all dependable, proficient and pleasant. The decks and stairs are beautifully built and finished. The cost was exactly what was quoted. Other contractors have since remarked on the craftspersonship (the head carpenter for both projects was a woman). Would recommend them most highly.
