    Went above and beyond

    Amjad Explained the process to me and took care of all the little things that came up. Was very friendly and informative. Showed me step by step of what is being done. Made sure things were tidy once he was done. He showed us a video of how dirty the vents were and cleaned the dryer vent. he asked me to step back as he was anticipating a large amount of dust to come out and i cant imagine how much there was clogged in the dryer vents. I would recommended his services to friends and family.

    Duct cleaning by Amjad

    When Amjad arrived, he explained the entire process clearly. He showed me before and after pictures which showed signifcant improvement. He also did the dryer vent and removed alot of lint. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to others.

    Duct cleaning

    Furnace is noticeably more efficient. The guys worked well together. I Would recommend this company and definitely hire them again in 2 to 3 years. Thanks for a great job!

    Fantastic Duct Cleaning by Amjad

    We needed a duct cleaning service and decided to have a look on home stars. We found the perfect fit and had and amazing job done by Amjad, who sealed all the vents to ensure no dust residue, was respectful of our home, polite and cleaned our central vac as well. Very highly recommended to anyone looking for eeficient, effective and knowledge central vac cleaners.

    Worst Experience; Terrible Job; Totally Ripped Off

    Tech came by named Aiman.This was during COVID and did not wear mask. Cleared out my dryer vent and broke off the dryer vent cover and threw the pieces in my backyard. I only realized this after he left so I had to piece it all back together.He did not go throughout the house to cover the vents (or clean them) and he actually only went to one vent and cleared it out.He sprayed the disinfectant in my duct and sprayed so much that it was dripping out of the duct, onto my washer & dryer, and on the floor.I did not have the same experience as some of the positive reviews posted here. Instead, it was subpar work and I will never book them again.     Hi Please reach out to us ASAP. This must of happened in March or April?I can't give excuses for my men or reasons why ? From March or April although if this was our fault or there was service concerns,why not reach out allow us the ability to rectify ourselves? See at this point how can you feel ripped off when you've never reached out to us to tell us there's a problem ? Sometimes things are easy fixes. A redo? A inspection from me ? My technicians are people too and effected by many factors. Maybe their kids kept them up all night crying,maybe they lost a loved one maybe they felt off that day or maybe the customer and tech just don't jive/mesh. Nevertheless there's a human factor!! So if you want to review us a zero? Give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves that's the mark of a good company. Because a company that deserves a zero doesn't care. We do.     Duct cleaning

    Spent a lot of time looking through homestars to find a good firm. Dialone was selected based on the fact that they had an approved duct cleaner with NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaner Association). The gentleman that came to do the duct cleaning was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about duct cleaning. they have all inclusive pricing which is great to know exactly what you're going to pay and there is no upselling when they get here. very much appreciated. I would highly recommend and will certainly use them for any duct cleaning going forward. Thanks Aimen!!

    Duct Cleaning - Oct. 29, 2020

    Joe of Dial One did the duct cleaning 2 years ago at our house. I did not hesitate to contact them again. Joe did it beforet but this time Aimen & Danny showed up. I was skeptical at first since I was expecting Joe. Aimen and Danny came, removed their shoes, and went straight to work. I'm amazed that Aimen and Danny have the same level of attention to detail like Joe in doing a fantastic job. These 2 guys were very polite, very knowledgeable, very thorough and did an awesome job.     Full Basement Addition

    Found Dial One after searching my community FB page for duct cleaner recommendations. Got a prompt booking and then when I had an unexpected renovation-related delay (oh, aren’t they all, lol), Joe re-booked the appt., graciously and courteously. On the day, Aiman did the job and he was professional both in his work and demeanour: showed on time, was thorough and thoughtful as he moved through the house, explaining as he went. No upsell, just the service as promised, well done, at the price I was quoted. Def. recommend, thanks, Aiman and Joe!

    Great duct cleaning

    Truly a great company. We had our ducts & furnace cleaned today. Joe (owner) cleaned our ducts in the past, so when Joe stated that he is not doing many house calls now and is working more in the office running the business, I was skeptical if the job would be the as good as what he had done in the past, but Joe assured us that his guys would perform the same work and meet the expectations we have. Aimen & Danny showed up on time. They greeted us, removed their shoes, and went straight to work. These 2 guys were very polite, very knowledgeable, answered questions we had, and did an awesome job!     Duct cleaning

    Just had a major renovation finished in my home. Hired Dial One to clean my ducts. They replied quickly to my inquiry and showed up on time as arranged. Their service tech Aiman was great. He explained everything as he went along and took a video for me to see the work. Would highly recommend Dial One Duct Cleaning and their tech Aiman. Jack P. Richmond Hill
