    Top Service Levels from Dial One PDC

    From the beginning their response time was prompt, helpful and complete. The service tech, Aiman, was great! He was extremely thorough in cleaning everything while also being considerate as he had to maneuver throughout the house. Overall, we were very pleased with their service and fair price. Would definitely recommend Aiman and Dial One.

    Duct Cleaning

    Excellent Service. Aiman was exceptionally professional and efficient. He explained his work throughly and I was impressed. He took the proper safety precautions and ducts were cleaned quickly and sanitized at the end. Would highly recommend!

    Excellent & Professional Service!

    Dial One did a great job and were very professional. At the onset, Joe was very responsive on the chat. He answered all the questions that I had for him (and I had a LOT). He also helped me with selecting the correct vent covers for the external vents that I had to order since they were broken. On site (at my home), Amjad did an amazing job. When replacing the external vents, he also cleaned it completely, including removing the nests that birds had made in them. He did a very professional job throughout the house and explained all that he was doing at every step. He made sure he cleaned everything and took the appropriate measure to ensure that there was not much dust. You could see that he had a lot of experience doing this. I'm completely satisfied with the job and will surely recommend them to everyone! Thanks Joe & Amjad!

    Aiman & Amjad were excellent! Would recommend without any doubt

    I moved to a house were the previous owner had 3 cats, for this reason I figure I wanted to get a duct cleaning service to start fresh. Dial 1 was pretty professional I booked them a month in advance and the showed up punctually in the house. The cleaning service was efficient the took the time to explain everything they were doing, they were pretty transparent and efficient. Will for sure call then back in 2 3 years time to do another one.

    Ducts cleaned quickly and efficiently

    Aiman showed up early and despite our furnace room being difficult to access from outside, managed to get everything taken care of smoothly. He had a good attitude throughout and did a great job. I recommend him.

    Air duct cleaning

    Duct Cleaning

    Aiman did an exceptional and thorough job cleaning my ducts. He took his time to explain the process, was very clean and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. He even showed me a video of my ducts while he was cleaning which was highly informative. I would highly recommend this company.

    Duct cleaning/ dryer vent

    Dial one is #1 for duct cleaning. I have used them twice now and both times amazing quality. Aiman was super professional- very efficient and gave us the tutorial and video review so we could see how the process worked and the actual difference before and after. Don’t hesitate! Also the price was the price- no up selling or nickel and dining.

    Duct cleaning

    Dial One Duct cleaning was a godsend! Amin showed up on time and did a thorough job. He was especially mindful of our cat who was upset by the noise and commotion. Everything was explained fully by Amin, and we got to see just how truly full of yuck our ducts were. Will definitely recommend Dial One.
