    Duck Cleaning

    Duct Cleaning

    I really liked the service I got from Dial One. We recently moved in a major fixer upper that smelled really bad. Will and his colleague did a great job cleaning our ducts. The were very informative and explained the entire process to me. I will be hiring this company again in the future. Great job you guys and thanks for making my house smell better.

    duct cleaning

    I contacted Dial 1 through Homestars .wil arrived and began to explain exactly what he was going to do and encouraged me to ask any questions I might have. He was professional, friendly,and pointed out mistakes that were made by the company who cleaned my ducts years ago.He also gave me a few tips on how to keep the dust level down in my house.Wil worked tirelessly for well over an hour and I was pleased and impressed with his work ethic. When my wife came home she noticed how clean and fresh the house smelled, like the saying goes,,if Wife happy,,,everyone happy,,Thanks Dial 1

    Duct cleaning

    Got a referral and glad that i did. Called joe setup the appointment and they were right on time. Will and his partner were very informative during the whole process. Overall the guys are great. Ducts needed alot of cleaning and i appreciated there patience and there kindness. I recommend them to Anyone out there looking for a really good reliable duct cleaning service. Thanks again guys.

    Duct Cleaning

    Very professional, Joe responded to my email for a quote immediately and they fit us in quickly for the duct cleaning. Wil came right on time, did a great job and provided some tips on how to keep the air clean and some other helpful suggestions. Great Job

    duct cleaning

    I just had my ducts cleaned this morning and notice a huge improvement already. The crew from Dial One was very friendly, respectful and provided me with great suggestions/ advice. I will highly recommend them!

    Anita, Awesome review thank you! Be sure to change your filter(furnace) at least 3x per year. Also i am not a huge fan of the expensive $25 dollar units. Stick to the mid level $8-16 per. The expensive ones filter great ,but tend to block valuable air flow..My 2 cents..See you in a few years,thanks for your business! Joe

    cleaning dryer duct

    Absolutely the best service! Our dryer is located on 2nd floor in middle of house. The vent is on the roof - not every duct cleaning company will do what they did! Joe listened to my problem and asked lots of questions to get a full understanding of my situation. Will and Reg were awesome! They went into the attic and as well, on the roof to clean and fix this duct which was not properly installed by the builder. I have major issues with the dryer on a yearly basis and they were the first company that went the extra mile (the roof is very high!) to fix it! Their advice and solution makes my life so much easier! Well done boys! Thanks soooo much. I would highly recomment Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning.

    Duct cleaning

    I was looking to clean my ducts after the last year renovation. I went through reviews for 5-7 companies and settled for Dial One because they were not overly pricey and I liked how Joe explained everything on the phone: what will be happening, what's included, what's the price. The technician Wil came exactly on time, quickly set everything up, cleaned all the ducts including the dryer duct, and changed the filter in my furnace. He also put a note on my furnace with the recommended date of next cleaning (in 3-5 years). The price was exactly like I was told by Joe. No extra charges, no attempts to sell more services. The only thing that confused me was that Will removed all the filters from my vent grates. He told me they were useless because when I sweep the floor the dust gets in and when the air starts blowing it flies back into the room. However, if this is so, why do stores sell filters in the first place? It's not something I'm unhappy with, just confused a little. Overall the experience was pleasant. I will hire them again.

We aren't huge fans of the "vent" filter for a few reasons A- block valuable air flow(older homes usually cant afford lose any extra) B- They trap dirt in dust (especially because most people don't change often enough C- If your ducts are cleaned correctly,you shouldn't really need it on your supply air side.You should only need one good filter on return side of the ducts to trap dust and dirt from entering supply side. D- If they are already "USED" don't put back into a clean system I hope this explains a bit..     Duct cleaning

    I've had the pleasure of using this company for all 3 of the homes I've lived in over a period of 10 years - service has been impeccable every time. Never had any negative issues with their services or techs (who show up on time) and they go out of their way to explain what they're doing, why they do it and how it benefits the homeowner.

    Duct Cleaning

    I called Joe to get a quote for duct cleaning for our office. He was kind and professional and showed up on time. After approving the job his crew showed up in time as well and got the work done very quickly without any hassle, they even clean up nicely after.
