    Duct cleaning and disinfecting

    I can't remember the person's name who came to clean my ducts, but he was professional, personable, timely, courteous and very educational. He did a great job and is highly recommended. Nothing else I can say except that what I was quoted on the phone was exactly what I received. Thank you Dial One.

    duct cleaning

    duct and furnace cleaning

    Josh from Dial One was great. I'd never had my ducts cleaned before and he explained everything. He pointed out furnace filters I didn't even know I had. His work was clean, efficient, and the effect was immediate. The air in the house was immediately cleaner. Josh didn't mind that our two little girls wanted to help; he was great with our kids. I highly recommend Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning to any one needing this service. I know who I will be calling next time.

    Duct Cleaning

    I spoke with Joe over the phone after reviewing and calling duct cleaning companies here on HomeStars and seeing the local "MoneySaver" home service coupon advertising flyers. I was impressed with his level of communication and professionalism over the phone. Josh was the technician who came to our home to do the actual duct cleaning. He was on time, respected our home and our kids (no easy task!), went about his work methodically and professionally. He did an excellent job and left our ductwork very clean! I often ask folks who come into our homes how they like working for their companies ('cause this gives me good insight into how good a job the company does overall - good companies that make sure their employees are happy (either through pay or training) will result in employees that take pride in their work, and ensure that a job is well done). Josh certainly did a great job and this reflects well on him and on the DialOne. You may see other companies advertising $99 duct cleaning - don't fall into that trap! They WILL upsell you or charge you for extra vents etc. Call DialOne - their quote is their final price and you can rest assured that you won't be scammed for a ridiculous upsells (like furnace replacement etc.) I'm glad I did.

    Duct Cleaning

    After searching for many weeks, I finally phone a freind of mine to contact Dial One Professional Duct Cleaning. I did not hesitate to phone the company owned by Joe. a very freindly aand polite person.He booked me up and send Will, one of his employee. What a relief to have this guy. And a very knowledgeable, professional, pplite and really very caring person.He explained everything to me, how the whole system works.And he make it sure no dust and dirtwas left in the house.Now, I am happy and booked for the next cleaning.     Duct Cleaning

    Dealing with this company is such a refreshing change! Joe is so quick to respond to emails and questions, and very accommodating with timing and change. His prices are fair and you feel like you get your money's worth. The tech that did the work was Wil. He is probably the friendliest person in the industry! He is genuinely interested in the work he does, he takes you through the process, and explains the steps, each step at a time. The ductwork is now clean and smells fresh! This company is TOP NOTCH. I will definitely use them again, and have no problem referring them to anyone.

    Duct Cleaning

    Joe was very professional. He responded to our various emails in a timely manner. Will performed the work and was excellent. He was very thorough when cleaning the air ducts, careful when it came to working throughout our home and courteous when speaking with him. We recommend Dial One to anyone looking for duct cleaning, our home smells so clean!!!See you guys in a few year

    Duct Cleaning

    Thanks Josh for punctual and courteous service! Dial One was clear with the services provided and the price at the initial phone call. Josh came and cleaned with minimal disruption. The house was tidied before he left. We are very pleased with Dial One! Keep up the great work.

    Duct cleaning

    Josh from Dial One was very courteous, effective at his work, answered the questions I had, took the time to check/set our central humidifier, and charged exactly what we were quoted on the phone. I will definitely recommend Dial One to my relatives and friends. Thanks Josh!

    Duct Cleaning

    Really nice guy, did a great job of cleaning the ducts up. He accidentally broke a window while putting it back, but he replaced it at his own cost and didn't present us with a bill until it was replaced and fixed.
