    Terrible Service

    Had a bill sent to us with previous owners name on it. Called to let them know of the mix up, and my concern on whether I was paying the right bill. Was on the phone for over an hour! They could not figure out how to correct this seemingly easy error. Was passed around from person to person. They asked for my lawyer information for some resson. Was so fed up with the run around I was receiving I told them to cancel my services. I am still on hold with the retention department as I write this and wonder if I’ll ever get of the phone again. Terrible service

    hot water replacement

    Waseem and Adam were very impressive during the replacement of my hot water heater. Excellent communication, fast, efficient installation, neat and tidy. Thanks for the excellent service! Would definitely recommend Enercare.

    Replacing water heather

    We need to fix our old water heather ; we call Enercare and they sent a technician fairly soon. He established that we needed a new one. The next day we got our new unit. Thank you to Terry Baxter valuable Enercare technician.

    Water heater needed to be checked

    We discovered at 8:30 PM, during our son's bath that we were not getting hot water. Called enercare the next morning and my husband was give a 9-1 window (which is the only negative thing. It's too big of a window and it's hard to get things done) David L our tech showed up. He was very polite, professional and got right to work. Fixed our problem, Informed me when I should expect some hot water and left me with some stuff for any future problems.

    Poor customer service

    Called to arrange to have my hot water tank removed and was on-hold for 45-minutes. According to the representative, who did apologize, Monday mornings are busy. Well, knowing this, why doesn't the company put more resources in place? The automated system identifies you as a client who is probably going to cancel the service, so I suspect that those calls go to the bottom of the queue and stay there. The call to do a simple bit of paperwork took over an hour. When asked if they would be happy waiting an hour for service, the rep said they often wait an hour for service???!!! Despite my frustration which I admitted to, they still tried to sell me on the great service and support I would receive if I stayed with them on a rental. Clueless. Enercare … not really, more like Enerdoesn't care. They get 1 star for providing me with a good tank that worked for years and for which I never needed service. When I eventually did need service, it was an absolute fail.

    Annual furnace maintenance

    OSHAWA - Ben and Sean were very courteous and respectful and showed up exactly when they were supposed to. They were here for a regular maintenance but fixed a problem I had and made recommendations. L. Harnden

    Paid for over $500 for nothing

    Our furnace stopped working so we called Enercare to fix it. The first technician came in and ´fixed’ It. The furnace broke down one hour after the technician was gone. We called Enercare again but had to wait for the next day with -25 at night. The next technician came in and replaced a part and persuaded me to buy they annual plan for repair and maintenance. The furnace broke down again within 24 hours. We tried to call Enercare and were unable to talk to any person. It is -25 right now and we have no heat at home. We paid over $500 for two technicians to come in to fix the furnace problem and we ended up sitting at home with -25 temperature outside wondering how we are going to survive tonight!

    Furnace mtce

    The visit was part of the mtce plan purchased from enercare. The service guy, Les was fabulous. We have had this particular serviceman before and wish we could ask for him for all the mtce visits. He is very informative always providing suggestions on how to get best heating & cooling results.

    ENERCARE

    I would recommend Enercare to all my friends. We had no heat in the house and they responded so fast to our needs with a high efficiency furnace in the same day. I want to commend Mr. Michael Friedman and the two servicemen for a professional job . Mr. Friedman was so helpful and courteous . My family is so happy we had heat because of the extreme cold temperatures outside thank you so much The Cali Family in Woodbridge.

    heating yearly clean-up and maintenance.

    Today, Ben and Thierry completed the yearly maintenance on my house heating system. Both were professional and made some recommendation to increase the efficiency of my heating systems. They call me in advance and were on time. Highly recommended!!!
