The amazing customer service by their service technician Lorraine is outstanding. She cares about her customers and their homes. She takes the time to review all components and makes recommendations.

The tech who came today, Sheila T. was very knowledgeable and personable. She has her gas fitter and HVAC tickets and was able to answer all my questions, which left me feeling reassured about the state of my equipment. She even took the time to give me a referral for a friend who is in the midst of a major homeowners claim which involves having to replace her furnace. I very much appreciated that Sheila produced her ID and identified herself immediately at the door, rather than my having to ask. I always verify identity, before allowing any stranger entry to my home. Sheila made it a GOOD visit. Thank you.

Jay Q. was fantastic and addressed our problem quickly and efficiently. We have not been fans of Enercare as a company and have been very unhappy with the plumbing service received to date but thankfully Jay came along and made what could have been a very hectic situation not so terrible. The service man was very honest and experienced. He had all the tools for assessing the problems and explained the cause to make sure I understood before the fixing. It was done in an efficient and professional manner.

Never rent if you can avoid it - rent for 9 years and you have to pay almost the same ($700) to get out of the agreement. That's is almost as much as a brand new tank - they say it is all detailed out when you sign up - but on the finest of fine print. Enercare - JUST DOES NOT CARE

I have been a widow for a few months and am slowly learning how to take care of all the household maintenance. Getting the furnace serviced and setting up a routine plan was top of my list. I have to say that the two technicians, Danny and his apprentice, Ben were pleasant, professional, helpful and above all made me feel comfortable. Danny explained that I needed a new filter and when I asked what kind, he said there is a permanent one which, after discussion, I decided was a great deal and he installed it. I would hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.
