I am very satisfied with the technician who came to check on our heater, etc. He was very helpful, answered my question properly, respectable, and friendly. I am disappointed however with the service provided to me by your accounting dept. I have to follow up my concern regarding the amount of the heater and cooling system we purchased in 2012. To date since Sept 2018 this is not yet resolved and no one has called me to answer my questions. It looks like I am being avoided.

Our old rental water heater needed urgent replacement and we contacted Enercare to provide the service. Our experience with the customer service was not so great, but the technicians were absolutely professional and helpful. They finished this project very fast and answered all our questions and gave us valuable recommendations. Mike and David, thank you guys for bringing back the comfort of our lives

Exceptional knowledge and service from initial sales meeting, all the way through to the installation. The whole team was VERY knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We were very happy with the final installation.

Jason Q called beforehand and arrived on schedule. Jason was very helpful and offered suggestions for continued proper maintenance. He replaced our thermostat while he was here as well on his suggestion which was at no cost to us at all. We would definitely appreciate having Jason come back for our next service call.

With a high pitched noise coming from my water heater, I made an appointment for service. After no one showed up, I called back and was told that the technician was on his way. No one showed up. Today, I was told there was a technical issue with the booking.

The work was done very well. With a professional attitude while working. Jeff was the plumber that came to our house. He is such a nice plumber that works with Enercare. Jeff has been sent to our house before and he is such a professional with a great work ethic.

I had issues with a plugged toilet and Ryan Langlois from Cirton Plumbing came to service. Ryan was knowledgeable efficient and courteous. He was very helpful, unclogged my toilet and gave me helpful tips how to maintain it. It was worth having a plumbing maintenance with Enercare
