Great service from Enercare. We are on an annual plan which includes furnace cleaning and maintenance. Extremely easy to deal with. Appointments can be made online or via telephone. Fast efficient service with no pushy salesmen trying to sell new equipment when the existing is getting old but still working efficiently.

The technicians were on time, professional, knowledgeable and did the job quietly. They also cleaned up after completion of the job. Most importantly they wore smiles throughout the whole process.

Great service from Norm Rollin, the service technician who did the maintenance. He explained things that should have been explained years ago. Aluminium tape provided the solution to the problem he explained. Thank you. Madeleine Côté Gélinas Orléans

Enercare came on our winter inspection for our furnace and Jeff the technician discovered that our exhaust piping didn’t meet current codes and that films that should’ve been exhausted from the house were instead falling back into the furnace and I could smell them in the house and some of course you can’t smell and a dangerous I was glad he discovered this Jeff called Mike in sales and Mike was here within 45 minutes and set us up with that arrangement for a new furnace to be installed the next day it was so fast The next day Derrick and Kyle came and installed the new furnace and a new water heater and they did an excellent job They were so courteous and polite and respectfull Thank you Enercare for your great staff - a staff that is Enercare

My furnace would not fire up, they sent Kevin Connolly he diagnosed the problem and repaired it in no time and we have heat again. Great job Kevin and you to enercare keep up the good work.

kalvin came in to do estimate very knowledgeable man gave me my options went with enercare as they are my maintainance provider .the installers PETER AND Denis were excellent they were fast and efficient very neat work kalvin has a good team there.

I have the Enercare service, for which I pay a yearly fee. The furnace and air conditioning are service yearly. If there is a problem, the service covers the cost. This service agreement gives me peace of mind.

The Tech (Sean) arrived on time & was very pleasant.; he gave me information on the performance of the furnace & the maintenance work was completed in a timely manner.
