I was contacted with a personal phone call to remind me of my furnace maintenance check the day before. He arrived on time was fast, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. 10 star rating.

Came out on a timely manner and plumber went out of his way to help fix the problem and did so. Well done

Sold the house almost year ago and still getting bills, I have called the department countless time , Theres no communication among them department , when you call its easy you need 1 hr to go to the right department and even then it will be connected to somewhere in north America or asia those Reps have no clue what they should do . I had almost 4 properties with them but its the worst. even when you need for a issue regarding Cooling or Heating you talking about at least Min 4 days or more . Unbelieveable

Weve been having a problem with our tankless water heater in the home I bought almost two years ago. Technicians came 5 times. They were always very polite, patient, taking time to explain. Most of them were bilingual. Yesturday, I called for service at 9:00am, the technician was here at 4:00pm and I believe solved the problem! Thank you Hamdi H!

Wished to terminate water heater rental in favour of ownership. Was treated with the utmost rudeness and a complete disregard for my wishes. Was never told I would have to buy out the water heater I thought I had on a purely rental basis. This company exists for the sole purpose of squeezing money from consumers and doing as little for that money as the company can. Enercare plumbing tech Tyrell is a fantastic problem solver. He fixed my blocked kitchen sink that another tech said it's unfixable. He also took the time to explain to me how to prevent it from happening again and the option for a permanent solution

On September 2024 our wash room vanity basin faucet was having water dripping continuously, couldn't stop it. We got a plumber appointment after 4 days! Henry was the plumber who came. He was curt, dismissive, insensitive and kind of rude. He told us that the faucet needs to be changed but when we asked him to do something to stop the waterflow meanwhile, he acted very uncaring. All along he had a smirking smile on his face. We wouldn't want Enercare to send Henry to our house ever again,

Enercare is the worst service I ever had. Reps don't listen to customer concerns and simply ignore requests. To reach customer service is next to impossible. The Home Protection Plan is useless, it doesn't pay when you really need to fix something serious. I don't recommend Enercare services.

Dragged their feet and made sure to charge 3 months before fulfilling buyback. Wait time to speak to someone is terrible long and staff don't really know what they are doing.

Billing team of enercare keep sent out to me invoices after i done cancelled with them,called in they spoke like don't care what when wrong,watch out if you are customers of enercare
