    Enercare Aircon Installer

    We were happy with the way our installers : Sidney and Daryll installed our new aircon because they were considerate. We have kids at home and they kindly reminded them of what they were going to do and they were pleasant. They also pointed out spots for us to help improve circulation of the air at our home. For instance, the main living room's vents were mostly covered by furnitures because we thought it will help bring up the aircon in the 2nd floor. It's good to learn that it worsens the condition of the furnace because it just brings back the cold air down so that our basement is extremely cold. Our aircon now is evenly distributed around the home.

    AC Installation

    AC Installation completed in a timely professional manner. The installer thoroughly explained the entire process and left me with clear instructions on how to operate the equipment. In my experience Enercare has always provided excellent service and quality products.

    Service

    My mom and I are extremely pleased with the service provided by Enercare today. Water was leaking from her existing water tank. This problem was reported and within three days, she got a new water tank. The two service representatives: Guy and Fab were awesome. They were polite, confident, and professional. It was evident they knew what they were doing and was extremely helpful answering some of the questions we had. Thank you Enercare and Guy and Fab!

    New Air Conditioner

    I dealt with Vito for my new a/c and he was very professional and knowledgeable. The day of the installation the two Mike's arrived on time and within 4 hrs I had cool air in my home. Great job!

    Cost Saving Solution

    Enercare provided a viable solution that worked for me without having to loose any money. Great knowledge and customer service. I had recently purchased a brand new furnace, water heater and airconditioner and as such did not require the total home care package. Cancelling in the middle of the contract would have cost me a lot of money however, the technician provided feedback of how the package included plumbing services as well which of course we decided to keep as such the package was dowgraded and without loosing any money for the services that were cut.

    Hot Water Tank

    Jay Q from the Durham East District Team serviced our hot water tank. He was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, fast and left an excellent impression on my husband and I. Because of Jay's service we're thrilled AND my hot water has never been hotter. Great experience and hope to get Jay for future service appointments. Thank you Jay! Terri & Al Perkins

    Air Conditioners

    We bought 2 Carrier air conditioners in Aug, 2016 with extended warranty of 11 years. One of the air conditioners was broken. The tech came right next day to fix it. He got the part next day and came back to fix it in less than 10 minutes, and the warranty covered the part and labour.

    Fast response after the August flooding in Toronto

    The technician arrived early after calling ahead - this was extremely convenient and a relief as I had many tasks ahead of me and was exhausted after dealing with the fallout after my basement flooded. I was also concerned about the safety and comfort of my tenants as well as the rest of us upstairs. (The water heater had stopped working and I was afraid to turn on the AC before getting it checked out... and concerned for the furnace too) The technician was quick, courteous, and professional, and gave me advice that I did not know even after 20+ years of home ownership. I pay a monthly fee for a service program so the visit was free. It was only ~36 hours between my call and the technician's arrival despite how busy they must have been after the flooding (this was after the August 2018 flooding in Toronto).

    Took the time to understand the problem

    Bruce took the time to understand the problem, he ordered the parts and was back the next day to replace it. His shift had already finished but he stayed until he found nd the problem. Thank you Bruce
