Enercare is a trusted company to deal with. Professional service, quick customer service, very reasonable pricing. I have been with them for many years and have recommended this company to my family members with full confidence.

Very professional service and knowledgeable staff. We had leakage with our furnace and a technician was sent quickly at a very convenient time. The problem was a simple fix that he explained clearly. It took no time at all and the technician was very courteous and professional.

We had a maintenance service call which resulted in low Freon in our over 10 year old A/C. We had a new furnace put in in the last 5 years so it was suggested we consider a more efficient new A/C. The maintenance fellow arranged for a sales person to come out that afternoon. Which he did. We said yes to the new A/C and it was scheduled for the following day. Sure enough, right on time Dennis and his sidekick came and installed the new unit. They were explained the procedure to me. And then went to work. They cleaned up after the installation was done, removed the old unit. This was done just before we had the first real heat wave. So we were very happy with the prompt service. This was done through Perry Mechanical Inc. in Oshawa. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys.

Two men came to change my hot water tank. They were quick and efficient and they did not leave a mess. They made sure that I understood everything that was going to happen. They made sure that I knew what to expect afterwards.

A rental water heater replacement. The tank began leaking at 5:00 p.m. Saturday. A technician arrived at 8:00 p.m. At that point there wasn’t time to replace the tank. Enercare arrived the next day and the tank was in by 2:00 p.m. Even on a long weekend all was done and we have hot water again. I wanted to add that Anthony and his assistant did a great job!

The system was Installed and it works. The sales person, Daryl K, was very helpful and clearly explained what would be done before the installation, what the finished install would look like, and that it would be done in one day. He was also very clear in explaining the air exchange pipes that would be installed. Daryl made sure that we had the proper power supply to handle the new equipment. Enercare sent an electrician and a supervisor to check the electrical setup and power source. The installation team was late on arrival, due to an emergency, but the “APlus...” installers that were sent, instead of the “Enercare” team, did a very good job. We are happy to have a comfortable home with AC again. We chose to rent the unit from Enercare. It was the better option for us. Thank you, BD (Mississauga, ON)

My hot water tank stop heating. Called Enercare and they were here in less than 6 hours. Tyler showed up right on time and assessed the issue. Explained to me what he thought the issue might be and the fix. He did what he said he would and fixed the hot water tank. But more than that Tyler followed up to make sure that everything was heating the way it should be.

Stefanie was very quick, organized and knowledgeable. She explained how the a/c works (refrigeration system) and showed us what to do to maintain our a/c so that it will last longer.

Ali and Hamad were great and I would not hesitate to ask for them again. Very professional, informative and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend them as very good service representatives for Enercare.

This service is part of a yearly maintenance package that I purchase every year, since our furnace is about 15 years old. We learned from experience that regular maintenance is necessary to keep the furnace running smoothly, and is more cost effective than repairing it once it stops working. Enercare sends me emails to remind me to schedule my maintenance visits. Every technician that has come to my home has always been timely, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They also give me recommendations to extend the life of my furnace, and to save me money in the long run. I highly recommend.
