Great customer service. "Mash" the technician was very knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Being first time gas furnace owners, he explained what we should do to keep it running smoothly.

We are in the 4th month of Enercare billing me for no service The only part of Enercare working perfectly is the inaccurate billing department

Called Saturday night and got an appointment for the next morning. Francis called during the window 11-3 that I was given and said he would be at my house in 10-15 minutes. He was on time and got to work on our air conditioner. He explained that the capacitor needed to be replaced and did the work in about 20 minutes. He did a great job and answered all my questions. The visit did not cost me anything as the unit is still under warranty and we have the maintenance plan with Enercare. I would highly recommend Francis and Enercare.

Final billing payout requested. Paid in full amount quoted.Continued to receive bills for 2 more months. BULL

I kept paying monthly for 5 years, and when I finally had an issue with my AC and needed help, they couldn't fix it. I don't recommend them to anyone.

I have used this service for several decades. They are good value for the money and easy to use.

We have an annual service contract with Enercare. Have had repairs and an annual furnace checkup for manr years. Yesterday our annual furnace check up and all ok with our equipment which is comforting with Winter on the Horizon.

Brandon was the technician who came to provide the annual maintenance of our 7-year-old furnace on Friday, September 6th., 2024. His attention to the furnace was so great that I could sense his high level of experience. He explained all that was important for me to know, and I appreciated learning about keeping carbon emissions below the critical number for our unit. It was good to know that ours was well within this limit. Apart from his skill, Brandon was personable, immaculate, tidy and careful in his work. Because of a cancellation, he could come earlier than expected, which delighted me, as it meant we could finish earlier, especially on a Friday. My husband and I were confident in knowing that our furnace had been well-serviced for this winter in Brandon's capable hands. Thank you, Enercare. Betty W-K Ottawa, ON.

Purchased my water heater outright. Final bill was incorrect. Spent 1.5 hours (3 separate calls) on the phone trying to correct it after it was sent to the Collections department. Waste of my time. Poor customer service. The internal departments do no communicate well enough to fix my issue the first or second or third time that I have to call. Choose another company!!
