    Horrible, unprofessional and poor customer service

    Five months ago I called to get service re. My Rental softener and water purification system and the need for service. The service showed up and shut off the system and said that someone will contact us to replace the system. Since then I have made number of calls and three more service persons came to my house and each said we dont believe this problem has not been resolved yet, we will bring the equipment and parts and they disappear. Up until now no one has showed up. But they still keep charging me for the service that I am not using. The last communication I was told that this is my responsibility to follow up within 72 hours as the case will be closed automatically. I am very disappointed and very helpless.

    Service

    Service was very good. The technician was on time, polite, and efficient. He explained all I asked him. He did a thorough job. He explained that there was something to be replaced and explained what it was and that there would be no charge.

    Air-duct cleaning

    Blake was the technician who performed the duct-cleaning in our home. He patiently explained what he was going to do, went about his business in a thoroughly professional manner, and wasted no time completing his work. I would highly recommend this young man in every capacity.

    AC unit replacement

    Bought a new AC unit,same size as the old one. Nothing else changed,and, it doesn't Cool the upstairs. The last one was 15 years old,and,a cheaper brand,and it did the job. They have come and suggested we try this and that,but,why would we have to, nothing else has changed!! As of now, they have no answers!!! We have to set the temperature almost 2 degrees less, which me means more money,and,this unit is much noisier!!!

    WATER TANK RENTAL AND REPLACEMENT.

    IT WAS A RENTAL SO REPLACED AT NO COST AS IT WAS TWENTY ONE YEARS OLD. SECOND TIME REPLACED AS WE ARE IN THIS HOUSE THIRTY TWO YEARS.

    ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE AND THEY DON'T CARE

    We had Enercare......and we sold our house. Cancelled Enercare - took 3 reps to do it...one said we had to provide a "certified" copy of our sale papers....right...you will get those. They said we owed $150 for "service" (a 15 vacuuming of our furnace that is covered under the contract). Got them to admit that it was covered and they said the charge was removed. Got a bill from Enercare for the cleaning - $150.00. Called again...they said the invoice will be cancelled. Got a past due notice for the cleaning invoice that was cancelled. Called Enercare. They said we do NOT have anything on our account and the account had been closed. Ignore the notice. Got another past due notice. Called back again. They have tried to get us to pay for invoices AFTER the new owners took possession of our house. I have talked to a total of 18 "Customer Service " reps to get things straightened. I asked 3 of them if they consider talking to over a dozen people is considered good customer service. 2 admitted that the service was terrible and 1 said - and I quote "I don't have to take this harassment" and hung up! They consider it harassment if you question their customer service or lack there of. Got ANOTHER over due notice......so I am currently trying to talk to "customer service" rep # 19. It has been 2 months since the closing date of our house and we don't even live in Ontario anymore!!

    Support & online account are horrible

    Switched to direct billing. Took 3 months and several hours of phone support before the online account worked. Just spent 25 useless minutes on hold as I cannot access my online billing history. Endless hours on hold wanting to resolve seemingly endless issues with online account.
