Today Rakesh came to my place to see why my A.C. wasn't spinning. He called prior to his arrival, as requested. He checked everything out to see how to fi trhe problem. He impressed me for a variety of reasons. He was pleasant, kind and easy to speak with. He was patient with me as I needed to turn on my outdoor water source. He attached my hose and preceeded to look at how clean unit, explaining that there may be dirt or dust inside the casing and that there was an interior filter. I was at first surprised because it had been covered all fall and winter months and that the last time a worker came here to lean this unit, it was hosed down (something I could have done myself)just before the fall, end of summer, so I thought it was clean. But RAKESH removed all sides of the units casing to reveal a large build up of dirt,and dust. He washed and wiped it thourghly. I hope noone gets the previous enercare employee who was basically useless to the preparedness of my A.C. unit. I didn't know any better until I had a mensh (wonderful, good person) do the job correctly. RAKESH deserves an award, and a raise in pay in my opinion. I hope other employees, learn fromRAKESH s thoughness, thoughtfulness and sincerity to me and to his dedication to his job. Sincerely S

Contacted Enercare about an unusual sound coming from the furnace... Phone centre staff member was very pleasant and she was able to book an appointment that was suitable and fit my schedule... Pat the technician arrived as promised... he was able to diagnose the problem in a few minutes... the fan needed replacing! Pat with a passion for good service and workmanship completed the task within an hour of his arrival! I was very impressed by his pleasant demeanor and efficient service! No difficulty recommending their services...

Issues were resolved professionally. Technicians displayed very good knowledge of their jobs. Also they were very practical and approachable. Technicians very PERSISTENT IN ENSURING the job is done very well. The cost for replacement was fairly reasonable.

Urban, did a very efficient job and was very nice. He came on time and trouble shot the problem quickly, tank ordered. And the furnace maintenance was also done at the same time . Impressed.

I trust Enercare for my heating and cooling needs. As a long time customer, when it was time to replace my equipment, I knew they were my best option. Their knowledgeable rep explained our options in a way that made sense to us. The installation proceeded on time and we are happy with our new furnace and a/c and the options that we have to pay for it.

The tech David Lewis was very pleasant and extremely efficient . The entire visit took less than 15 mins. and he took the time to explain what the current status of my unit was and why Enercare arranged for the maintence visit. Very satisfied !

Our furnace and air condition are on rental basis. Enercare called and set an appointment to clean our furnace. Masud was the technician who came. He was very respectful and courteous. After he cleaned the furnace he told us to change the humidifier pad this coming fall as summer is coming, so no point to change now. He also taught us how to insert the furnace filter the correct way. We were happy to have Masud who took his initiative to educate homeowners. I am signed up with a yearly maintenance plan for our 15 year old furnace. Enercare provides a yearly maintenance service call which they reminded me of several times by email. When I didn’t respond to their 2nd email they called me to book an appointment. Being busy (as we all are) I’m not sure that I would have gotten to it for a while. The technician that came was one that had come in the past. He was professional, responsible and courteous and made sure that the furnace was in proper working order. Very happy for the yearly Enercare service call.

The name of the technician is SHAH, he did not give his last name. He works out of the Etobicoke (Toronto) office; and his supervisor is Doug Whittingstall. Shah was punctual, courtious and helpful. The initial request was in the morning, and I was able to get an technician out, make arrangements and have it ALL replaced in the same day. Shah took his time to answer any questions I had PLUS, he was very thorough and complete in explaining everything that I needed to know about the settings, and what to watch for in looking after the water heater after he left.
