Buddy was on time, very nice, clean, and answered all my question's. He did his work fully and was very nice in explaining everything i asked about the stove's inner workings. Marco was very efficient, and was obviously knew his work well. He explained all about my furnace when i asked, because i knew nothing about them. He's welcome to work at my house any day.

The service is part of my annual service paid through the monthly fee I pay to Enercare through my gas company. It is well worth having the plan as it also covers if my furnace breaks down.

Sales rep was here at 10:30 am and my new furnace was installed and running by 7:30pm on the same day. (Great service) The installers L. HarryPaul and Stefan were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, they left the work place spotless. I would highly recommend these professionals to everyone .

Booking my fireplace maintenance was very easy and quick. I had it in my phone calendar, but appreciated the reminder call. The service man (David) was fantastic. He was very polite, called me to let me know he was going to be here soon, and did and amazing job cleaning up the fireplace. He even suggested and cleaned up the glass outside of the house so there were no fumes. Everything sparkles now and it's nice to know it's in good working order. Thank you David and team!

Excellent service and very reliable. Our technician was Colin G. He was prompt, efficient and in a short period of time, diagnosed and fixed the problem. After a night without heat it was a welcome relief to know our furnace was back in working order. Colin G went above and beyond in The fall of 2017. We had a sudden heatwave and discovered our airconditioner was not working. . He quickly diagnosed the problems, ordered parts and promptly and efficiently installled the parts. My Colin G was the technician. He was efficient and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. After a night without heat it was a welcome relief to know the problem was fixed. Fall of 2017 we had a sudden heat wave. Colin was the technician and he ordered and installed parts. He was personable and realized we would suffer without air conditioning. My husband is elderly with health problems. Colin realized this and painstakingly fixed the airconditioner for us.. Kudos to Colin G. He is an asset to the company. JW

A burst feed hose to my dishwasher caused the kitchen, dining room and hall along with the basement to be flooded. My rental water heater stopped working and I could not relight it. A call to enercare obtained a slot for service the next day. Andy R called before coming and was right on time. He quickly evaluated the problem, removed the burner, dried it out and re-installed it very efficiently. He tested everything for leaks and checked the operation of the water heater. A very pleasant experience indeed. Thank you Andy.

our home needed complete replacement of furnace/ac unit/humidifier/water heater. Andy was awesome in the 1st inspection as well as the follow-up while work was being done. Blake came to clean the ducts a few days later. Quick and efficient. Great customer service. Tara was awesome on the phone and Rachael explained everything very thoroughly. Person answering phone call was pleasant & efficient. The tech person that attended home, was polite and knowledgeable, took time to explain what was happening and how to adjust digital thermostat.

We are existing an customer so called and from Energy consultant Todd to installers Peter and Dennis, we could not have been better served. No hard sell on options we did not need. Installers were here next day, and Todd provided spare heaters for overnight to keep us warm. Would recommend to anyone needing professional service and excellent people. Ian
